As a private mobile communication system, The digital trunkingmobile communication system was boomed in 1990's, and before this, the appliedprivate mobile communication systems in market are almost the analog systemwith analog voice and digital signalling. And there are no data referring to thesystem design and parameters chosen. It includes the wireless channel accessalgorithm of the mobile terminals, single base station capacity in large regional networks, link designing schemes between the switching control center and basestation as well as the study of the service quality for the multiple traffic. Theseindispensable parameters in design a digital trunking communication system arestudied in this dissertation and some instructive achievements can be got. To provethe correction of the theoretical study, the result was tested with the popularsystem of pan-European digital trunking communication system.

数字集群移动通信系统是九十年代中、后期兴起的专用移动通信系统的一种新体制，在此之前国际、国内市场使用的都是数字信令、模拟话音集群移动通信系统其涉及领域是模拟体制，对数字集群的系统设计的有关参数、方法等的选用及其性能表现并无成熟的文献可供参考，如移动终端的无线信道接入算法、大区组网单基站系统的容量、基站和交换控制中心间的链路设计和多业务种类的服务质量等都是数字集群基站子系统进行设计和开发必须解决的关键技术。

Because of the turbulence and uncertainty of environment and the augmentation of system disorderliness, the social auditing system flexibility is becoming an effective and important method to cope with auditing environments variety and the uncertainty of system, which can control and manage auditing risk, guarantee auditing quality and improve the efficiency of auditing decision-making. It is not only an internal characteristic of existing objectively in the behavior and activities of the individual of social auditing, but also a realistic tool to adapt auditing environment and manage auditing risk in CPA industry. It has an important theoretical referenced value and practical significance to explore the objective principles of social auditing system flexibility systemically and deeply.

因此，社会审计系统柔性作为一种应对审计环境的变化和处理系统不确定性、驾驭审计风险、确保审计质量及提高审计决策效率的有效的、重要的方法，它既是社会审计主体在其行为活动中的一种客观存在的内在特性，也是注册会计师行业适应审计环境、管理审计风险的一种现实工具；系统、深入地探究社会审计系统柔性的客观规律，具有十分重要的理论参考价值和现实意义。

The purposes of the study are: to investigate and find out the state of art of the operation of library automation systems of public libraries in Taiwan area and the interlibrary exchange problems, to collect and generalize functions, structures and related standards of interlibrary processes of the library automation system, and to analyze advantages and shortcomings and feasible methods of each intersystem integrated model, so as to work out a union model of public libraries integrated automation system in Taiwan area for reference by public libraries, government institutions and factories in their decision making and system development.

本研究的目的，在调查了解台湾地区公共图书馆运用图书馆系统进行的状况及馆际间交流问题，搜集归纳图书馆自动化系统对跨馆际作业方面的功能、架构及相关标准之运用，分析不同跨系统整合模式的优、缺点及可行性，以建置台湾地区公共图书馆自动化系统整合模式的作业方式，提供给公共图书馆、主管政府机关决策及厂商开发系统相关功能的参考。

Therefore, based on the research of pathology, aiming at the long-term dissevered between the land use and transportation network system in the urban planning, construction and management fields, and the narrow definition of urban transportation system and matching supply and demand of this contradictions unity, this thesis define the integrated urban land use-transportation system (abbreviation IULTS, urban L-T system or system for short). From the interaction and the spontaneous mutual adjustment phenomena between the land use subsystem and transportation subsystem, this thesis explore the inherent laws and internal mechanism of IULTS evolution behind the phenomena, and proposed system optimization theory and methods from the mechanism of system development and evolution. It is expected that the conclusion can provide a meaningful reference for analyzing and solving traffic problems, and understanding deeply the matter that if IULTS is controllable, how to control and the direction, theory and methods of controlling.

故此，论文立足于对病理的探讨，针对当前城市规划、建设与管理上对土地利用与交通系统长期割裂的状况，及现状城市交通系统的狭义定义，基于供需匹配这一矛盾统一体提出了城市用地-交通综合系统(英文缩写IULTS，简称为城市L-T系统，下文有时直接简称为系统)概念，从系统内用地子系统与交通子系统之间所表现的互馈影响、相互调节现象出发，结合定性分析和定量研究，探究现象背后所隐藏的客观规律，揭示统发展演化所遵循的固有规律与内在机理，从系统发展演化机理上提出系统优化的相关理论与方法，以期研究结论能为从机理上研究、分析、解决交通问题，深入认识系统是否可控、如何可控及控制发展的方向、理论与方法等问题提供了有意义的理论参考。

本文针对PASSIM12K卷烟机原来的带有核扫描器的重量控制系统进行分析和研究，在此基础上，提出将原来的系统改为红外式的烟支平均重量控制系统，并对新系统进行了初步的设计、分析和研究，力求对重量控制系统在我国卷烟工业企业尤其是红塔集团中的应用具有一定的参考价值。

作者参与了云万高速公路的整个地质初勘阶段的工作，在深入学习了GIS开发技术和在查阅大量相关参考文献的基础上，并了解了工程设计部门对地质资料管理的实际需求，将工作中所收集到的大量地质勘察资料作为基础源数据，在ArcView GIS的开发平台上，针对云万高速公路开发出了专业型的实用GIS系统——工程地质资料管理信息系统，系统由Access关系数据库管理系统建立属性数据库，由ArcView GIS软件来实现对空间数据库的管理功能；以软件本身所提供的Avenue语言和程序设计语言Visual Basic 6.0作为系统的开发语言，并对ArcView GIS软件本身的不足方面，进行了二次开发，使系统的功能得到了增强，让系统使用起来更加方便和完善。
