A new switching scheme to the gain of variable structure control signals is proposed. The following important open problems in standard VS-MRAC and MRAC are solved by using the scheme: 1 . a prespecified transient and steady-state performance index for tracking error can be achieved without requiring any information about the plant high frequency gain sign when relative degree of modelled part of plant is one, and 2 . it is shown that as long as the performance indexes are guaranteed for the auxiliary errors, each of which in dynamics is a sub-system with relative degree one, the tracing error will converge to a small residual set in a prespecified transient time when relative degree of modelled part of plant is greater than one.

提出了一种控制增益可切换的变结构自适应律，解决了如下变结构模型参考自适应控制（包括基于调参律的模型参考自适应控制）理论研究中长期没有解决的问题：当对象建模部分相对阶为1、高频增益符号未知且存在非线性输入扰动和未建模动态等情况下，系统跟踪误差可满足预先给定的动态和稳态性能指标；当对象建模部分相对阶大于1且存在非线性输入扰动和未建模动态时，可保证系统跟踪误差在预先给定的过渡过程时间内收敛到一个残差集中； 5。

The system controls a tunable fiber Fabry-Perot filter with sawtooth wave voltage and synchronous signal of its digital phase to interrogate FBG sensors in a single fiber. Meantime, a reference FBG and a digital thermometer provide an accurate reference wavelength, which is used to calibrate the wavelength readout of the TFFP in real-time by a digital signal processor.

历时两年时间，对我国公开出版的农业期刊进行了评选，于创】万年推出了中国农业核心期刊2田万版。中国农业核心期刊的推出，无疑给农业类期刊提供了一个更多的参考标准与依据。笔者无意对其评选的公正性等方面作深人探讨，而只是对入选期刊进行一个粗略的分析，以窥核心期刊之概况，并以此供期刊界同仁参考。

Results The distinctive PCR products of the 6 isolated strains from Liaoning and Jilin areas through restriction with Hinf I ,Hha I ,Rsa I appeared two different kinds of RFLP restriction map. The strains HCAa9202,HCAp9203 and HCM9501 had the similar restriction maps with reference strain Gilliam,but they did not have restriction site of Hinf I ;Strains KDCt9402,KDCp9403 and KDCt9404 had the simular testriction map with reference strain Karp.

结果辽宁、吉林地区6株分离株的PGR特异性产物经Hinf I、Hha I、Rsa I酶切后呈现2种不同的RFLP图谱：HCAa9202株、HCAp9203株及HCM9501株与Gilliam参考株具有相似的酶切图谱，但缺乏Hinf I的酶切位点；KDCt9402株、KDCp9403株及KDCt9404株与Karp参考株具有相同的酶切图谱。

The concrete dam displacement is studied considering the factors such as foundation modulus increasing with depth, seepage coefficient reducing as depth, seepage coefficient anisotropic, curtain and drainage in the dam heel and seepage field and stress field coupling. Some conclusions are obtained: if the foundation is considered only with the seepage volume load, the dam top horizontal displacement of the reference base point develops upstream. When the foundation size increases, the reference base point's horizontal displacement increases. However, the value measured by the reversed pendulum anchored to the rock foundation is often regarded to be absolute displacement. The above practice is estimated to be limited when the water load on the dam foundation is taken into account.

分析了地基变形模量随深度逐渐增加、渗透系数随深度逐渐减小、坝基渗透系数各向异性、坝踵设置帷幕排水，以及考虑渗流场和应力场耦合等对混凝土坝位移分量的影响，得出如下结论：作用在地基上的水荷载，使混凝土坝坝顶相对参考基点（倒垂锚固点或坝踵正下方1倍坝高处）的水平位移指向上游，而参考基点的水平位移随地基截取范围的增大而增大，由于大坝工程上常将倒垂线锚固在岩基深处，并认为该倒垂线测值为绝对位移。
