It puts forward to system compartmentalization , significant functions and design of external interfaces of on-board equipment simulation subsystem by analyzing and research on system structure, functions interfaces of CTCS3 based on SRS of ETCS2. It realized software development of on-board equipment simulation subsystem and significant functions by using C++ Builder 6.0. It realized the function of computing most restrictive speed profiles and dynamic speed profiles, computing on-board odometers, ceiling speed supervision, MA speed supervision, speed comparison intervention, transmitting position report, computing end-point of MA, receiving data by balise etc.

本文通过对CTCS3级系统组成结构、功能、接口的分析和研究，在参照ETCS2级需求规范的基础上，总结出了CTCS3级仿真测试平台中车载仿真子系统的结构划分、主要功能设计、接口设计等，对仿真子系统的软件进行了总体设计，并利用C++ Builder 6.0开发平台实现了CTCS3级车载设备仿真子系统的软件开发，实现了车载设备的主要功能，包括：最严格速度曲线的计算、动态速度曲线的计算、车载里程的计算、顶棚速度监督、MA速度的监督、速度比较干预、发送列车位置报告、计算MA终点，接收应答器报文等功能。
