A pplying the Largescale multiconfiguration DiracFock wave functions, we cal culated the paramete rs such as wavelength, oscillator strengths and excited energy for the transitio ns related to lightning spectra. The most important effects of relativity, corre lation, and relaxation are included in the computational model. Comparison of th e calculated results with experimental spectra shows that the spectra in plateau area have a distinctive characteristic. Beside the lines of lower excited state with n=3 in NII ions, transitions of NI and OI are increased,their excited energy is around 13～14eV, and there are rarely lines from OII ion.

将原子结构的理论应用于闪电光谱的研究，用多组态DiracFock方法，计算了有关光谱线的波长、振子强度以及相应的激发态能量等参数，理论与试验观测资料进行比较分析后发现，高原地区闪电首次回击光谱的结构及跃迁特性与其他地区有明显的区别，除NII离子n=3 的低激发态产生的跃迁谱线外，激发能量为13～14eV左右的中性NI和OI的跃迁增多，但很难观测到OII离子的跃迁谱线。

4In order to realize the detection of 360°seamless,we proposed the similarbiological modelling"the ommateum"staring detection system.According to the singlelens\' angle of view,we designed the image sensor system of"the ommateum"which uses 6groups of lens and the DSP processing flow.The partial parameter testing experimentindicated that the ommateum system could achieve the performance requirement of the rayradiation detection system.

Methods The expression of P73 in 92 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue, 10 cases of colorectal polypous adenoma tissues, 34 cases of lymph node metastasis, 16 cases of liver metastasis, and 10 cases of normal colorectal tissues were measured by PV immunohistochemical approach.

METHOD The serum concentrations of AZP metabolite 6-Mercapto prine(6-MP) in different time were determined by reverse phase HPLC,when AZP was used alone and combined with Pred in nine rabbits.The pharmacokinetic parameters of the two groups wer statistically analysed by paired t test.

Standard enthalpy changes of the initial pyrolysis process of ethylbenzene were computed by five methods (UAM1, UHF/3-21G*, UB3LYP/3-21G* and UB3LYP/6-31G*). UB3LYP/6-31G* due to its accuracy compared to the experimental values was chosen to calculate the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the process at different temperature ranges (298 ~ 1573 K). The computation results showed that ethylbenzene began to pyrolyze at 973 K and the main product was styrene.

The dogs were administrated with carboplatin at the dosage of 16.5mg/kg intravenously, intra-arterially or retroperitoneally. The blood samples were taken at 0, 5, 15 minutes, and 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 72 hours after instillation.
