In accordance with the actual project, this paper fully considers the comprehensive factors of speaker recognition system on the basis of explaining speaker recognition's principle, such as recognition rate, recognition speed, system stability etc. LPCC is used as the feature parameter. LPCC can reflect the esthesia feature of human in pronunciation and has offered a group of succinct speech signal model parameters which signify the range of frequency spectrum of the speech signal more accurately and the operation amount is not comparatively big. Combined vector quantization technology, the speech searched system has been developed.

本文依拖实际项目，在阐述说话人识别原理的基础上，充分考虑说话人识别系统的识别率、识别速度、稳定性等综合因素，采用能够反映人对语音的感知特性的线性预测倒谱系数LPCC 作为特征参数，LPCC 的重要性还在于，它提供了一组简洁的语音信号模型参数，这一组参数较精确地表征了语音信号的频谱幅度，而分析它们所需的运算量相对来讲却不大；同时结合矢量量化技术，成功开发出语音检索系统。

There were very significant differences about the values of MP, MPF and AEMG among the motion muscles, but there was no significant difference about the singals of MF slope, MPF slope and AEMG slope. In patients group there were significant differences about the values of MF, AEMG, AEMG slope of motion limb between paretic side and non-paretic side. There were also significant differences about the values of MPF slope between paretic side of the patients and left side of the health. But there was no significant difference about other parameters in groups or among groups. Compared the activity muscles of four groups, there were significant difference about the values of AEMG and MPF among initiative muscles, antagonistic muscles and co-contraction muscles. There were very significant differences about the values of MF and MPF among co-contraction muscles, but there was no significant difference between initiative muscle and antagonistic muscle.

结果：两组各活动肢体间比较除AEMG斜率均值外MF、MPFAEMG及MF斜率及MPF斜率均值差异无显著性意义；各活动肌肉间比较MF、MPF、AEMG均值差异有显著性意义，而MF斜率、MPF斜率及AEMG斜率均值无显著性差异；活动肢体因素四个水平间比较除偏瘫组患侧与健侧之间的MF和AEMG、AEMG斜率均值和偏瘫组患侧与正常组左侧的MPF斜率均值有显著性差异外，其余参数在偏瘫组与正常组组内、组间的差异无显著性差异；活动肌肉因素4组肌肉间对比：主动肌与拮抗肌以及协同肌AEMG、MPF差异有显著性，协同肌之间MF、MPF差异有非常显著性，拮抗肌与协同肌差异无显著性。

本文针对在汽车制造工业中广泛应用的电阻点焊热浸镀锌钢板工艺，在文献中给出的规范参数的基础上，通过实验选出一组优化参数，与另一组非优化参数进行对比。

The unoperated sides of the treated animals also served as controls. Six normal rats were treated as normal control group. Three different siRNA plasmid solution containing RC2-Ⅰ, MAFbx-Ⅱ, CON (50μl , 0.8μg/μl)was injected and transfected by electroporation as methods mentioned above, respectively. The changes of RC2 and MAFbx mRNA levels and RC2 protein levels after 3 days were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. On postoperative 2, 3 and 4 weeks, the rate of wet muscle weight preservation, mean diameter of muscle fiber and mean cross-section area of muscle fiber and muscle protein content were checked and then compared between group CON and group RC2 or group MAFbx, respectively. The differences between groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Ultrastructural changes of muscle fiber were observed at 2, 3, 4 weeks postoperation.Results GFP plasmid was efficiently deliverd into muscle by electroporation and robust GFP expression in muscle could be observed more than three weeks. Histology shows that injected plasmid DNA diffuses extensively in muscle tissue.

1、健康雌性SD大鼠18只，随机分为电穿孔组和非电穿孔组，每组9只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型；EP组为将质粒pEGFP-N1溶液50μl(0.8μg／μl)注射入右趾长伸肌后，立即于两侧腱腹交接处给予电穿孔，电穿孔参数为：电场强度为200V／Cm，脉冲100μs，频率1Hz，施加10次脉冲；NEP组仅质粒pEGFP-N1溶液注射；转染后1、2、3周，荧光显微镜下观察趾长伸肌中GFP的表达情况，转染后1周行Western印迹检测趾长伸肌中GFP蛋白的表达情况，检测和优化体内转染效率。2、健康雌性SD大鼠78只，随机分为失神经对照组、RC2基因治疗组(RC2组)，MAFbx基因治疗组，每组24只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型，余6只为正常组；分别将含CON、RC2、MAFbx基因的siRNA重组质粒注射入趾长伸肌，之后给予电穿孔，方法同上；治疗后3天实时定量PCR和Western印迹检测各组中RC2或MAFbx基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达变化，治疗后2、3、4周检测各组肌湿重维持率、肌细胞直径和肌细胞截面积，肌细胞超微结构变化以及肌纤维中蛋白含量变化。

Results: Of the slight keratoconus group: the above indexes significantly decreased(P＜0.05). Of the moderate group: the above indexes, except for the apex decentration distance significantly decreased at 12 months and more evidently at 18 months. Of the severe group, the K value significantly decreased at 12 months and other figures remained unchanged. However, all the indexes significantly decreased except that the apex decentration distance remained unchanged at 18 months.

结果：轻度组，配戴RGPCL后角膜散光、锥顶K值、锥顶偏心距离、SRI、SAI较配戴前均有显著性降低（P＜0.05）；中度组，除12个月时锥顶偏心距离、角膜散光值较配戴前无显著变化外，其他各项参数亦有明显降低，18个月时下降更为明显；重度组，12个月时除锥顶K值显著减小外，其他参数变化不大，18个月时除锥顶偏心距离的变化不显著外，其他参数显著降低。

The main parameters were compared with st atistics. Results WBC, RBC, Hb and PLT parameter alues of the hyperthyro idism group were obiously decreased in contrast with the subclinical hyperthyro idism and control group.

After that , simulated the Die Casting filling process of liquid metal .First use the spical soft Pro/E to construct the model of Die Casting part; Input it to another soft I-deas to form mesh and put the mesh document to the special soft ProCAST.

接着模拟了金属液在模具型腔的充填过程：运用Pro/E软件对泵盖进行三维实体造型，然后把图形导入软件I-deas中进行网格化处理，并将网格化后的模型输入到ProCAST软件中进行了关于压铸工艺参数的多组正交试验的流场，温度场的偶合模拟，进而从多组试验参数中找出最优的压铸工艺参数。

Five typical coals of low-to-medium rank (Huolinhe brown coal, Majiata non-caking coal, Datong weakly caking coal, Huozhou gas coal, Lingshi fat coal) and their macerals are prepared. The molecular structure and the oxygen functional groups of the selected coals and their macerals are studied by means of the conventional coal properties analysis, chemical analysis and the advanced instrumental methods such as FTIR,XRIK 13C-NMR.N XPS. The molecular structure characteristics, regularities and the results are discussed. Additionally, the total oxygen content and distribution characteristics of different oxygen functional groups in the raw coals and their macerals are studied.

本文中选取了中低变质程度煤中的五种典型煤种——霍林河褐煤、马家塔不粘煤、大同弱粘煤、霍州气煤、灵石肥煤以及它们的不同显微组分作为研究对象，采用了常规的煤质分析、化学分析法以及先进的仪器分析法如傅立叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、高分辨固体~(13)C核磁共振谱~(13C-NMR及X光电子能谱等方法，全面地研究分析了所选煤样的惰质组、镜质组的分子结构及煤中氧的赋存形态，得到所选煤样惰质组分的分子结构特征及结构参数，分析比较了惰质组与镜质组在分子结构上的差异性，并讨论了惰质组分的分子结构特征及结构参数随煤变质程度的变化规律；同时，通过研究得到了所选原煤样及其显微组分中总氧含量及各种不同类型含氧官能团的含量分布特征。
