Based on APDL, the FEA drill chuck model can be easily created by adjust several geometric parametric and the process of FEA is automatically executed.This paper discusses the affections of different parameters for the stress capability of drill chuck. The high efficiency drill chuck strength analysis system can help designer develop new products.

为避免重复工作和提高分析效率，本文结合ANSYS提供的二次开发参数化设计语言APDL，实现了对有限元分析软件ANSYS命令流的调用，解决了通用程序与专业需求之间的矛盾，完成了钻夹头有限元参数化程序分析，对钻夹头的强度性能进行了分析和仿真；模拟钻夹头实际生成过程中的性能测试试验，探讨加工误差引起的不同装配角度等参数对钻夹头强度性能的影响。
