Here we show that VacA permeabilizes the apical membrane of gastric parietal cells and induces hypochlorhydria.The functional consequences of VacA infection on parietal cell physiology were studied using freshly isolated rabbit gastric glands and cultured parietal cells.Secretory activity of parietal cells was judged by aminopyrine uptake assay and confocal microscopic examination.

为此，我们建立了原代培养的胃腺、胃壁细胞等研究模型和良好的评估壁细胞分泌能力的技术平台，包括氨基比林吸收实验、激光共聚焦扫描技术等，对VacA感染所导致的壁细胞生理特征的改变进行了深入细致的研究。

结果 真阳性率：未成熟粒细胞、血红蛋白浓度不等、小红细胞、核左移、大红细胞、低色素性红细胞、大血小板、原幼细胞、红细胞大小不等为86.7%~100.0%，高色素性红细胞为69.2%，有核红细胞、变异淋巴细胞、血小板凝集为13.3%~32.3%；以上所有参数真阴性率为82.8%~100.0%（平均95.0%）。

我们还用RT-PCR方法检测了Centrin同源基因在单环刺螠精子分化过程和早期胚胎发育过程的表达，结果显示：在单环刺螠精子发生过程中的精细胞、精子团、精子中都有表达，而在成体的体壁组织、消化道组织、体腔球中则没有表达；在未受精卵中没有表达，而在受精后释放极体的受精卵和经A23187孤雌激活的卵中则有表达；在单环刺螠的早期发育过程——二细胞胚胎、多细胞胚胎、原肠胚、早期担轮幼虫——中都有表达。

Six days after inoculation, the cucumber root tip was slightly swollen and symmetrical root-knots were observed at the meristematic and elongation zones. Giant cells were differentiated by previous cambium cells in the center of the root; 10days after inoculation, symmetrical and secondary root-knots were observed at the root hair and upper zones.
