The notable proliferation was not observed by eyes in the local of injection. The infiltration of inflammation cells and mild proliferation of fibrocyte around dura mater was observed by HE stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Infiltration and exudation of inflammation cells was observed by HE stained in epidural nerve root. Compared with group A, no changes of group B, C and D were observed under specific stained. Proliferation of type Ⅱ collagen fibers around dura mater was seen under immunohistochemical stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. There is no significant demyelination changes under LFB stained. The thickness and shape of the myelin sheath in epidural nerve root was not regular under transmission electronic microscopy in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Fibroblast was also seen there. In nerve endometrium, macrophage could be seen under TEM, myelinated nerve fiber changed significantly, but nonmyelinated nerve fiber changed mildly. When 8 weeks, the changes of group D is smaller than the group B and C.

给药局部肉眼观察未见明显的纤维组织增生；HE染色可见B、C、D三组给药后四周及八周时硬膜内外均有炎细胞浸润，纤维细胞轻度增生，硬膜外神经根内有炎细胞浸润及炎性渗出；特殊染色B、C、D三组同A组相比未见有脊髓及神经根的改变；免疫组化染色，给药后四周及八周时，硬膜内外均有Ⅱ型胶原纤维增生；固兰染色B、C、D三组未见有明显脱髓鞘改变，与A组相比无明显异常改变；电镜观察B、C、D三组在给药后的四周及八周时，表现为硬膜外神经根内髓鞘厚薄不一，形状不规则，可见成纤维细胞，神经内膜中可见有巨噬细胞；粗大的有髓神经纤维变化明显，无髓神经纤维受累较轻；八周时电镜下D组改变较B、C两组为轻。

The results indicated that with the increasing of storage time, the leaves etiolated, contents of crude-fiber increased, while vitamin C, chlorogenic acid decreased, nitrate contents up to the maximum at the 3th day after storage , then decreased gradually. Stored at 2℃, the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C, chlorogenic acid were higher, nitrate and crude-fiber contents were lower. The lower of membrane permeability and MDA content, the higher activity of SOD significantly delayed senescence process and prolonged storage life of Taraxacum mongolicum.

结果表明：采后蒲公英随着贮藏天数的增加，叶片逐渐黄化，粗纤维的含量升高，维生素C和绿原酸含量下降，硝酸盐含量先升高后降低；2℃下贮藏能够使采后蒲公英具有较高的叶绿素、维生素C、绿原酸，较低的硝酸盐和粗纤维含量，较低的细胞膜渗透率、MDA含量和较高的SOD活性，显著地延缓其衰老进程，延长贮藏寿命。

Methods 12 guinea pigs of 20 months with 3 cm×3 cm hair sheared from their backs were divided into control group and experimental group. Rhodosin and deer serum preparation was besmeared on the skin of guinea pigs in experimental group, and cosmetic matrix was besmeared on the skin of animals in control group for 60 d. The distribution of type Ⅲ collagen was observed with Sirius red staining and HE staining. The fission index of the cells of stratum basale, the thickness proportion of stratum corneum to epidermis, the volume density of the collagen fibers and small blood vessel in dermis, the number of fibroblasts in aging skin were meassured with technique of sterology.

背部被剪去3 cm×3 cm毛的12只20月龄豚鼠被随机均分为给药组和对照组，给药组涂抹红鹿制剂，对照组涂抹化妆品基质，连续涂抹60 d；应用天狼猩红、HE染色和体视学技术分别观察和测定老化皮肤中Ⅲ型胶原的分布、表皮基底层细胞的分裂指数、角质层同表皮厚度的比例、真皮胶原纤维和微血管的体密度和成纤维细胞的数目。

After 30 days, the fibroblasts of model control group were hyperemic, scattered red blood cells could be found, and capillaries were proliferated. Fibrous tissue arranged in rows in the acupotomology intervention group and the blockade control group.

造模后30 d模型对照组成纤维细胞增生，可见红细胞散在分布，有增生的毛细血管；针刀干预组与封闭对照组可见纤维组织排列成行；针刀干预组较其他各组胶原纤维形成减少，瘢痕面积小。

The results are unsure for experimental use;The rabbit's corneas that were removed with upper-half of corneal limbal epithelium lamella and erased the center corneal epitheliums were transparent with intact corneal epithelium;In the approach,the corneal and limbal epitheliums were burned with a cotton swab socked in 1 mol/L NaOH,there were 4 rabbits' corneal stroma happened perforation or ulcer and symblepharon,and the other one presented corneal epithelium phenotype.This is an applicable method to create the pathological model of corneal limbal stem cell total deficiency.

结果表明，处理后4周，全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用1 mol/L NaOH擦除的5只试验家兔角膜表面全部血管化、结膜化，未发生睑球粘连，角膜基质胶原纤维完整未见溃疡、穿孔等病变，细胞印迹学检查为结膜表型，可作为实验性角膜缘干细胞移植的病理模型；全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，有2只为结膜表型，另3只为角膜表型，观察期内结果不稳定；半周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，角膜表面透明，全部为角膜表型；直接用1 mol/L NaOH擦除角膜缘和中央角膜上皮的试验家兔，有4只角膜基质胶原纤维断裂、溶解，并伴有严重的溃疡、穿孔、睑球粘连等病变，不能用于移植试验，另1只角膜表面透明，未见结膜和新生血管长入，细胞印迹学检查为角膜表型。

Results The endothelial cell and fibroblast of valves and vessel walls in experimental group were completely decellularized, no cell fragments were retained within the matrix scaffold; collagen fiber and elastin fiber had been preserved with intact structure and wavily arrayed; deoxyribonucleic acid content of valves and vessel walls in experimental group were decreased by 97.58%, 97.25% compared with that of control group.

结果 实验组瓣膜及血管壁中内皮细胞、成纤维细胞去除完全，无细胞核碎片；瓣膜及血管壁胶原纤维和弹力纤维呈波浪状排列、整齐，结构完整；瓣膜、血管壁的基因组脱氧核糖核酸含量分别较对照组下降97.58％和97.25％。

In this article, the properties of the synthesized fibers including the rmicrocosmic appearance, the thermodynamic stability and so on were investigated and tested, and their swelling capabilities were also studied. The results show that the decompounded temperature of the synthesized fiber is increased by about 100K and the cross-linked fibers have good swelling capability in solvents and non-solvents.

本文还对合成后纤维的微观形貌、热稳定性等性质进行了考察与测试，对其溶胀性能进行了初步研究，结果表明合成后纤维发生热分解的温度要比原纤维高100K左右，在良性和非良性溶剂中都有很好的溶胀性能。

To date,the mechanism of beef aging is not absolutely understood.Based on prevenient researches,the purpose of this research is to study the effect of electrical stimulation and delay chilling on tenderness of beef by analysis of carcass temperature、pH and shear force value and tenderizing effect of delay chilling.

本实验是承前人研究的基础上，根据对胴体温度、pH值及牛背最长肌剪切力值的分析综合评价了电刺激和延迟冷却对牛肉嫩度的影响，并通过对肌原纤维超微结构的研究，探讨了延迟冷却处理的嫩化机制与电刺激处理对肌原纤维超微结构的影响及对牛肉嫩度改善的影响程度。

On the termination date, the cultured explants were all examined by Western blot, HE and transmission electron microscope. Our results showed that after 12-days in culture, the cultivation treated with AS-ODN reduced the synthesis of AMBN and had a deformed dental cusp with thinner enamel matrix. Ultrastructure analyses showed that there was hardly any cisternae of the rough endoplasmic reticulum in the ameloblasts at the tip of the cusp of AS-ODN treatedexplants. However, on average the enamel matrix was thinner compared with that in the control group. Furthermore, the collagen fibers in extracellular matrix were found disorganized. These findings seemed to provide a direct experimental evidence that tended to indicate that the arrested AMBN translation in cultured tooth germs might result in the delay of the tooth development.
