Purpose To study the role of pulmonary macrophages in the collagen deposition of fibrotic interstital lung disease.

目的：探讨肺泡巨噬细胞在纤维性间质性肺病胶原纤维异常沉积中的作用。

The results showed:(1) MP polymerase chain reaction test showed positive results in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from all of the MP-infected rats (infectious group, n=4), while they were all negative in BALF from the control group (n=4,P＜0.05) and from those rats both infected with MP and, at the same time, treated with erythromycin (treating group n=4,P＜0.05). Bacterial cultures of the bronchial and lung tissue were negative in all three groups. Using transmission electron microscope the widened interalveolar septa with increased amount of collagen were found in the infectious group, while there were no obvious abnormalities in the other two groups.

结果显示：(1)感染组动物(n=4)支气管肺泡灌洗液肺炎支原体-PCR检测均为阳性，而对照组(n=4)和感染加红霉素治疗组动物(n=4)均为阴性(P＜0.05)；三组动物的支气管和肺组织常规细菌培养结果均为阴性；感染组动物透射电镜检查见肺泡间隔增宽，其中有较多胶原纤维堆积，其余两组则未见明显异常。

RESULTS: The extract of Aml could reduce the abnormally high levels of ALT and AST. Examined by light microscope , the degeneration and necrosis level of hepatocytes and the distribution of collagen fibrosis were markedly increased in the model group. The pathological changes and the c ollagen fibrosis associated with hepatic fibrosis decreased significantly in the prophylactically treated groups.

结果： 蓍草提取物预防给药能降低 CCl 4所致大鼠血清中异常增高的 ALT 、 AST 含量，光镜下观察肝纤维化模型组大鼠肝细胞严重变性、坏死，胶原纤维明显增加，蓍草预防各组大鼠肝细胞病理损伤得到明显改善。

结果 与对照组比较，酒精灌胃 4周、8周、12周、16周组大鼠OPN、α SMA表达显著增强并且肝内胶原纤维含量显著增加。正常肝组织中几乎不表达OPN ，在酒精性肝纤维化大鼠模型的建立过程中，从第四周开始中央静脉。。。

Results:(1) In clinical pathology, swelling, denatured, even necrosis and putrescence could be picked out; Collagen fibers in tendon remarkedly swelled, and tissue structure disarranged, and collagen even ruptured, broken and dissolved; Obvious denature, apoptosis and necrosis could be found in tendon cells. There appeared to be a big accumulation of inflammatory cells.

结果 （1）临床病理组织学观察发现：肌腱组织肿胀、变性、甚者坏死、腐败；肌腱内胶原纤维肿胀明显、组织结构紊乱，失去正常排列，甚者出现胶原断裂、破碎、溶解等现象；腱细胞可见明显的变性、凋亡和坏死；病变部位可见大量炎性细胞聚集。
