In the pathogenesis and development of liver fibrosis, MMP-3 proenzyme protein expression level increased gradually, with the expression rate being maximum at an intermediate stage of fibrosis. And it decreased gradually during the late liver fibrosis and at thestage of liver cirrhosis, but remained relatively high levels above normal.

在肝纤维化发生发展过程中MMP - 3酶原蛋白表达水平逐渐增强，至肝纤维化中期到达最高峰，到肝纤维化晚期及肝硬化阶段其表达较中期下降，但仍高于正常对照水平。

The results revealed that a nano-fibrous matrix made of PHA materials had been formed through unique solution process, the nano-fibrous matrix is similar to the structure of collagen, which is the main component of extracellular matrix, and its average diameter of the fiber is ranged 80～350 nm.

同时，通过扫描电镜的检测发现了具有纳米纤维网状结构的PHA新型支架材料，这种通过溶剂处理法获得的PHA纳米纤维支架与细胞外基质的主要成份胶原蛋白的结构非常类似，它的纤维直径平均大小在80-350 nm 之间。

RESULTS: The AF cells cultured in different substrates were morphologically undistinguishable. Toluidine blue staining showed that there was also no difference between AF cells cultured on flexible silicone membranes and in plastic plates. The cells growing in different substrates expressed the same levels of collagen typeⅠ,Ⅱ and aggrecan mRNA and integrin β1. AF cells grew well on silicone membranes.

结果：种植于不同基质的纤维环细胞形态学观察无明显差别；在两种基质上的纤维环细胞甲苯胺蓝染色无差异；Ⅰ，Ⅱ型胶原及聚集蛋白聚糖mRNA及细胞膜整合素β1的表达亦无明显差异；纤维环细胞可以黏附于硅橡胶膜上生长。

The result of Picric- sirius red polarized light method shows thatthe accrementition and reconstitution of mesenchymal fibers were markedly in experimental group compared with control group, especially in plantaris.Ⅰ-type collagen dominates in mesenchymal, IOD ratio ofⅠ/Ⅲchanged.

5天狼猩红-偏振光法提示在实验组骨骼肌间质纤维结缔组织明显增多尤其是在跖肌，以Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原增生为主，Ⅰ型胶原增生更为明显，Ⅰ型胶原与Ⅲ型胶原比值增高。

Results After used the SGS , the arrange of collagen tend to unifying , micrangiums are rich and in opening condition, the polymeride of pre-collagen accumulate in cytochylema in fibroblast, the total content of collagen is decreased, but the content of hPcⅢ is kept in a high level, the content of HA is increased gradually,which closes to the normal skin level.

结果 应用硅凝胶膜后，胶原排列趋于一致，微血管丰富而呈开放状态，成纤维细胞的前胶原聚合体蓄积在细胞浆内；胶原总的含量减少，但Ⅲ型前胶原含量维持在一个较高水平；透明质酸含量逐渐升高，接近正常皮肤水平。

The results shown that: 1. Tencel fibers can disperse in water very successfully because of its high wet modulus. 2. Tencel fiber can easily fibrillate during the beating process, which make the paper soft, porous, and white.

结果表明，Tencel纤维湿态下较高的刚性，使得Tencel纤维在水中的分散性好；Tencel纤维在打浆工艺中显著的原纤化倾向，使得由其所抄制的纸张具有松厚柔软、透气度高、外观洁白等特点。

Finally, we established rat model of PF induced by bleomycetin, and observed the interventional action of phenol total base to model. The analysis of experimental result including pathematologic and tissue biochemical indicator showed phenol total base of plumula nelumbinis have some therapeutic action to rat model of PF induced by BLM.

通过病理学观测及组织生化指标的检测(SOD、MAD、GSH一PX、Hyp)，说明莲子心酚性总碱对博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化有一定治疗作用，可能的作用机制：降低肺纤维时胶原含量；抑制肺成纤维细胞的增殖；抗自由基和抗脂质过氧化作用及提高了机体内GSH一Px含量。

Results The results showed that fibroblasts were the main source of extracellular matrix production in bile duct wall. The phenotype of fibroblasts in inflammatory strictured bile duct wall changed obviously, quiescent fibroblasts were activated and transformed to myofibroblasts, with massive proliferation.

结果 成纤维细胞是胆管壁中合成胶原的主要细胞；炎性狭窄胆管壁的纤维化增厚明显，其成纤维细胞表型改变，由相对静止转化为功能活跃状态，并进一步向肌成纤维细胞转化，且大量增殖。
