The cause of hindering the gynospore formation was short of boronin chestnut orchard,which led to the poor pollination and a decrease ofendogenous GA1/3, iPAs level and an increase of endogenous ABA level in ovary,which restrained the mother cell division of gynospore.The low level ofendogenous GA1/3,iPAs contents and the increase of endogenous ABA contentcaused a serious lack of reducing sugar,starch,protein and potassium in ovary,which led to a cease of young embryo development.

Therefore,foliar spraying ofboron was the main measure during flowering period so as to stimulate thegermination and growth of pollen tube,regulate endogenous hormone balance ofovary and promote gynospore formation and,during the phase of young embryodevelopment,spraying of relevant plant growth regulators and potassiumsupplement were essential to stimulating the increasing of endogenous GA1/3 andiPAs,raising the key nutritious substance content in ovary and promoting youngembryo development.

因而花期调节以喷B为主，以便促进花粉管萌发生长，调节子房内源激素平衡，促进大孢子形成；幼胚发育期以植物生长调节剂喷布和K素补充为主，以便启动子房内源GA1/3、iPAS等上升，增加还原糖、淀粉、蛋白质积累和K素吸收，促进幼胚发育。

After 3 months storage, our result showed that (1) color a value of rose liqueur with sucrose treatment had a slower decreased than with fructose treatment,(2) the sample added with caffeic acid or ferulic acid or tea polyphenol showed no significant difference in the color, anthocyanins content, and antioxidant capacity during storage as compared to control, and (3) the total amount of volatile compounds of rose liqueur decreased gradually, however there was one ester volatile formed, hexadecanoic ethyl ester, during storage.

贮藏三个月发现，(1)以果糖勾兑者在储藏试验中，其红色度下降速度较以蔗糖处理者快，建议仍以非还原糖进行勾兑对日后酒液保存较易，且酒液最好能予以避光包装，以避免颜色品质的下降；(2)添加不同之多酚类化合物时发现，添加caffeic acid、ferulic acid和茶多酚对酒液色泽、花青素含量、以及抗氧化能力之降低速度与控制组并无显著性的差异。(3)酒液储藏三个月后，其香气高级醇均有减少之趋势；但有hexadecanoic acid， ethyl ester酯类出现。

The thesis studied the total exocellular proteins, reductant sugar and the pectinase enzyme activity of CXJZ95-198 strain in glucose, mannose, xylan, mannosan and pectin culture media.Compared enzyme activity of pectinase, xylanose and β-mannanose. 结果表明，从上挂开始到烟叶完全变红初期，烟叶外观特征变化最明显；在不同调制时期烟叶蛋白质与还原糖、总糖的含量呈负相关；热风循环干燥法和远红外线干燥法均可缩短调制时间，减少用工量，且烟叶化学成分保持相对稳定。
