The preventive measures for the harmful defects of alkali metals are as follows: 1, reducing the alkali metals content in the raw materials; 2, increasing the MgO content of the sinter , decreasing the basicity of slag , decreasing the Si content of the pig iron, increasing relative slag volume; 3 , introducing prereduced ore pellets or partly reducted sinter; 4increasing the ability of coke resisting alkali metals; 5, using refractories that have the ability of resisting corrasion of alkali metals; 6 , cleaning the blast furnace periodically. The above recommendations are necessary for decreasing the circulation and accumulation of alkali metals effectively in blast furnace, reducing the harmful influence of alkali metals on blast furnace, increasing the smelting intensity, decreasing the coke rate, improving the gas permeability.

基于碱金属对高炉冶炼的上述危害，本文结合湘钢高炉的实际生产情况，通过理论分析、计算以及其他钢厂防治碱害的经验，提出防治高炉碱害的措施：1、减少入炉原、燃料的碱金属含量；2、提高烧结矿中的MgO含量、降低炉渣碱度、降低生铁含硅量、适当增加渣量；3、采用预还原的金属化球团或部分还原的烧结矿；4、提高焦炭的抗碱能力；5采用抗碱侵蚀的耐火材料；6、周期性性洗炉，以有效地减少碱金属在高炉内的循环富集，降低碱金属对高炉的危害，提高高炉的冶炼强度，降低焦比，改善高炉透气性。

The structure water is dehydrated completely as the temperature is over 1,100 K, the characteristic peak (3,580 cm-1) of the structure water disappears completely, the characteristic peak related to Si-Onb stretching vibration becomes 855 cm-1, which shows that primary Q1 of the hemimorphite is returned to Q0 (i.e [SiO4] ), and which means that the hemimorphite is completely transformed to willemite.

砂粒体矿化是脑膜瘤中常见的矿化类型，对其形成机理和矿物成分的分析可能会对肿瘤发生、发展的研究提供辅助信息。该研究选取人脑膜瘤中的砂粒体矿化作为研究对象，采用偏光显微镜、环境扫描电镜及能谱、X射线衍射仪、高分辨透射电镜和电子探针对样品的形貌、结构和成分进行测试分析，并以此为依据探讨脑膜瘤中砂粒体的形成机理。研究结果表明矿化的初期为沉淀在胶原纤维上的矿化小球，成分为磷酸八钙；矿化小球不断生长聚集，并逐步水解为碳羟磷灰石晶体，矿化的不断发展致使胶原纤维也发生矿化。砂粒体的同心层状构造是由螺旋状排列的矿化胶原纤维及沉淀在其上的矿化颗粒组成的集合体，而不是多数研究中所述：砂粒体是以坏死细胞残骸为中心由内至外的同心层沉淀。

Synthesized all above, the heat and mass transfer of charge bed is discussed in detail. After choosing seriously the former study results in this field, a whole temperature range process model for firing iron ore pellets containing solid fuel is established as well as its software is edited. The main physical chemistry reaction process within pellets and the heat statement can be calculated exactly with the process as long as the physical and chemical parameters of raw material are obtained through basic experiments. After finding out the reason of"temperature hysteresis"and"heat inertia"of the experimental induration device, a new kind of experimental induration device is designed. The"temperature hysteresis"of hot gas flow in the new device is avoided.

综合以上对焙烧球团矿时球团矿内各种物理化学反应过程的分析与研究的结果，仔细地分析研究了球团矿料层中的传热质现象，认真筛选了前人对填充床的传热传质的研究结果，提出了全温度范围球团矿焙烧过程模型，并编制了相应的计算机软件，只要通过基础实验，获得原燃料的基本物性参数（如化学反应速度常数，矿粉、煤粉的粒度及此表面积以及球团矿的导热性等），利用这一软件就能准确地计算出焙烧球团矿时球团矿内各种物理化学反应过程和料层内的热工状态。

In orde to obtain system optimization in high efficiency production and operation safety, the microcosmic problem of goaf treatment was brought into the creative design of mining method and the synergism of two problems was studied. Firstly, in view of the occurrence characteristics and mining conditions of catacalstic ore section of orebody No. 105 in Gaofeng mine in Guangxi province, considering the adaptability to different scale goafs in the ore section, based on mining environment reconstructing idea and continuous mining mode, a new mining method (mining environment reconstructing non-pillar sublevel-strip continuous mining method) was put forward. Then, some repr, esentative goafs were selected and their stabilities were calculated by discrete element method on the basis of differences of goaf scale, surrounding conditions and situ stress field. At last, the mining layout was adjusted on the basis of goafs stability analysis and the goafs were adjusted as a part of cutting engineering, blasting space or stope, so as to determine all kinds of goafs treatment schemes.

摘 要：为在生产高效和作业安全上取得系统整体最优，将碎裂矿段的空区处理微观问题纳入采矿方法创新设计宏观问题中，开展2种问题的协同研究：首先，针对广西高峰矿105号矿体碎裂矿段的赋存特点和开采技术条件，考虑对各种规模空区适应性，基于采矿环境再造和连续采矿理论，提出采矿环境再造无底柱分段分条连续采矿法；然后，根据采空区规模、围岩状况和原岩应力场等条件的差异，在所有采空区中选择具有代表性的空区，运用离散元程序对其稳定性进行计算分析；最后，在稳定性分析的基础上，灵活调整开采布局，将采空区调整为部分切割工程、自由爆破空间或采场，从而确定出各种规模空区的处理方案。
