To find out the substitute parameters for pathogenic microorganism warning aiming at potential pathogenic microorganism pollution accidents happened in water environment,the relationships between turbidity ,particle counts and concentration,removal,recovery rate of Giardia cyst and Cryptosporidium oocyst in raw and filtered water are presented.

针对潜在的病原微生物突发性水污染事故，为寻找病原微生物预警替代性指标，重点探讨浑浊度、颗粒计数与原水、过滤水中贾第鞭毛虫孢囊和隐孢子虫卵囊浓度、回收率、去除的关系，认为浑浊度与颗粒计数可以作为水厂处理效果与饮用水受两虫污染的指示指标，并结合水厂的实际情况提出相应的控制方法和建议，指出暴雨时应特别注意两虫的爆发

Using zeolite as biological carrier, the reactor is investigated to pretreat the micro-polluted raw water of a lake.

9提出一套表征城市污水COD组分的标准化方法建议，其特点在于：①以呼吸测量作为RBCOD和SBCOD的测量方法，与以往以物理化学方法为主的做法有着本质区别；②对原水直接进行分析测试来获得SI组分，不受溶解性惰性产物的干扰；③考虑了污水中活性异养微生物组分的单独测量；④所依赖的核心仪器-呼吸测量仪具有很高的自动化程度和简单友好的用户界面，使原本复杂的呼吸测量实验及其结果的分析统计简单化，所建议的标准化方法具有很好的实用性。

The results demonstrate that after backwashing,the flux was completely recovered by addition of 4mg/L and 10 mg/L,while the flux was only 40% of initial flux without coagulation pretreatment.
