According to the characteristics of the fuse industry and the research condition, We applied ZPrinter310 system to produce the fuze prototypes and used these prototypes to help design in the project argumentation phase, got the final project;Then we applied AFS-320 rapid prototyping system to produce the noumenon, analyzed the noumenon's precision、surface quality and performance of material mechanics in detail,based on these analytic results,we considered to use the noumenon in the fuze local performance test and some laboratory experimentations;At last we discussed how to combine the rapid tooling and precision foundry to produce batch of samples, we can apply these samples in the fuze system and ball cartridge experimentation.

本论文将快速成型技术贯穿在引信研制周期中的各个阶段，根据引信研制的特点及现有的研究条件，应用基于3DP工艺的ZPrinter310系统制造出了引信零件原型，并将原型应用于方案设计论证阶段辅助引信设计，得出了零件的最终设计方案；应用基于SLS工艺的AFS-320快速成型系统制造出了引信本体，对本体的尺寸精度、表面质量及材料的力学性能作了详细的分析，根据综合分析结果，考虑将本体直接应用于引信研制阶段的局部性能试验及部分实验室试验中；最后还论述了如何结合快速模具及精密铸造技术小批量制造引信零件应用于引信研制阶段的实验室试验及实弹试验中。

In a word, these results indicate that there were no any difference of spatiotemporal cortical activation patterns underlying the early stage of insight problem solving between Aha logogriphs and No-aha logogriphs. In the process of activating heuristic information and then hastening the onset of insight, LPFC/ACC played an important role, which may be associated with the breaking of mental set successfully and the forming of novel associations in insight. The "Aha" feeling mainly provoked the PCC brain region in the solving the logogriph at last.

A novel concept of compact industrial furnace isproposed, in which tube with static mixer for partly intensification is determined. 2 A virtual engineering scale-up approach is put forward. The key points toimprove the scaling-up efficiency include two tools: one is rapid generationtechniques for computational models in which a re-use library is built, the otheris rapid prototyping manufacturing, employed for rapid generation forexperimental models.3 The tube is the key component for industrial furnace. Material microstructure,high temperature strength, and casting process of the tube with static mixer arediscussed as compared with those of traditional tube.
