The author firstly combs the teachers sources of Shuyuan in Ming and Qing dynasties, points out that there are four main sources for it, and concludes that making full use of social resources is a valid path to solve the problem of teachers sources then.Secondly, the present research consults Shuyuan teachers employment way in Ming and Qing dynasties, combs its three ways and deeply inquires into the subjective and objective condition for them.Thirdly, the present research analyses Shuyuan teaching characteristics, management and promotion, sums up seven main teaching characteristics and analyses the advantage and disadvantage of them,Further more , the present research consults Shuyuan teachers management and promotion, makes an analysis on its historic courses why it"s informal.Finally, the present research analyses the Shuyuan teachers" economic treatment, social status and the influence and effect made to the politics, economy, military, social life and cultural education where they were situated in Ming and Qing dynasties, and concludes that the Shuyuan teachers in Ming and Qing dynasties actively participated in the local social activities in their peculiar upper class gentlemanship and greatly influenced and promoted the policy making and carrying out of the local public affairs, meanwhile, they promoted the communication and development of local learning and culture , and trained quite many men for profession for the locals.

作者首先对明清时期书院教师的来源进行了梳理，指出了明清书院教师的四种主要来源，认为充分利用社会资源是明清书院解决教师来源的有效途径；其次，对明清时期书院教师的聘用方式进行了历史考察，梳理出明清时期书院存在着三种教师聘用方式，深入探讨了这三种方式并存的主客观条件；再次，对明清时期书院教师的教学特点进行了分析，归纳出七个主要教学特点，并说明其利弊；此外，探讨了明清时期书院教师的管理及升迁问题，分析了其存在的不规范性的历史原因；最后，剖析了明清时期书院教师的经济待遇、社会地位及对书院所在地的政治、经济、军事及社会生活与文化教育所可能产生的作用与影响，得出明清书院教师以自己特有的上层绅士身份与地位积极地参与到当地社会生活之中，并在相当程度上影响与促进了地方公共事务的决策与实施；同时，他们促进了当地学术及文化的交流与发展，为当地培养出了大批的杰出人才。

We found that during the growth process the double steps first grow separately and the connected by short bridge before tangential growth. After eighth or ninth layer the spiral steps would merge into intact elliptic layers. The BUCK type converter topological structure and the systematical basictheory were put emphasis on; the PFC, the reasons of power factor simply and the core of L6562 were analyzed, emphatically on the application circuit of this core, and account the design parameter of the application circuit. The sort and control mode of PWM, the control core of UC3846 and OB2262 were explained, the application circuit of this core were specific analyzed, practice picture in the real circuit uses oscilloscope were educed and contrastive analysis in this research.

本文回顾了LCD的发展史，介绍了LCD-TV发展的近况和一些权威调查机构对其未来的预测；对开关电源的研究概况和它的发展趋势作了总结；总体介绍了LCD-TV电源的结构及工作原理、拓扑结构的分类，着重研究了BUCK型变换器的拓扑结构及工作原理；对PFC作了综述，研究了功率因数降低的原因，重点介绍了L6562芯片，对此芯片的应用电路作了具体分析，并对芯片外围的设计参数作了分析研究；研究了PWM的分类和控制模式，对控制芯片UC3846和OB2262分别进行了重点说明，详细研究了基于UC3846的PWM设计，用示波器对其实际电路进行了抓图，并对比分析实际波形。

This thesis mainly focuses on the highly representative xizoo works and important xizoo authors in the various periods of the Korea under the reign of the Lee family. This thesis attempts to begin with these xizoo works and then try to discover the traditional influence they get, and associate these factors with the life experiences of the authors and the social backgrounds of their times, so that we can grasp the reasons and purposes for which the traditional thoughts were reflected in these xizoo works, and make a reasonable explanation to the reflections of these thought. Through this way, I hope we can achieve an overall appreciation of social development status of Korea in Lee\'s time and the inherent rules for the development of ancient xizoo.

本论文主要以李氏朝鲜王朝各个时期的重要历史人物的作品以及广为传唱的代表性的优秀时调作品作为研究对象，从这些作品的内容着手，首先找出作品反映的传统思想因素，之后再和作者的生平以及他所处的社会时代背景联系起来，准确地把握这些思想体现在时调作品中的原因和目的，对其思想体现的合理性加以说明，从而达到从整体上把握李氏朝鲜王朝的社会发展与古时调发展的内在规律之目的。

At the BCL of 500ms, 1000ms and 2000ms,the VWtimes increased markedly with the BCL prolonging, and the degree of increasing was even obviously when heart rate was slow (BCL=2000ms or 1000ms). The enlargement of VWs was a most important reason to increase the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias; 2）At the BCL of 500ms, 1000ms or 2000ms,the VWtimes of the premature stimulates S2 was at endomembrane were wider than at the outermembrane. We supposed that premature stimulates come from endomembrane was easier inducing VF compared with outermembrane;3The VWtime of unidirectional block was wider than reentry's, we can see that reporlarization dispersion changed dynamicly. 4The QRS polar of the premature stimulates was opposite the primary beats ,which suggesting that excitation of inducing premature beats was coming from epicardial. That is to say electrotonic potential take part in the creation of reentry;5With the ratio of the Tp-e/QT increasing the occurrence of VF was upgrading. So the ratio was an effective method to estimate the event of SCD.6 The VWtimes of S3 were broaden than S2's. But we can not study penetratingly, which is the contents of our future studies.

在BCL为500ms、 1000ms和2000ms刺激条件下，随着刺激周长的增加单向传导阻滞时间易损窗呈增大趋势；并且在心率较慢时(BCL为2000ms和1000ms)增大最明显，是LQTS患者室性心律失常发生率增加的原因之一；2）在BCL为500ms、 1000ms和2000ms刺激条件下，S2位于内膜侧时时间易损窗大于在外膜侧时的，推测来自于内膜侧的期前刺激易于诱发室性心律失常；3）折返激动时间易损窗小于在单向传导阻滞时间易损窗，折返易发生于S2刚进入单向传导阻滞区间时，这说明复极梯度的不均一是动态变化的；4心电图上倒置QRS波与正常S1刺激所引起QRS波极性相反，提示不同位置S2刺激引发的室性早搏的兴奋均来自于外膜侧，说明了电紧张电位扩布参与了折返的产生；5）Tp－e/QT可以反应跨膜复极离散度，随着Tp－e/QT比值的增加PVT的发生增多，其可以用来预测室性心律失常的发生。6）随着期前刺激数目的增加时间易损窗增大。

On the basis of forenamed, Chapter 4 put forward that cooperation system was a new way to push the dual economic structure"s conversion.
