This is the essential reason that makes the generality of PCA method worse. Also, we give a measurement means to measure the distance from different face image space, so we can analyze face image space more conveniently.③We also construct various scale models and rotation pose models to detect the scale and rotating angle of face image to be recognized. The experiment results show that the detecting precision is very high. So it is good for face image feature extraction and face image representation.④Similarly, we construct local feature models of face image and utilize them to detect the local feature of face image. At the same time, we put forward a novel face image local feature detection algorithm, locating step by step. The experiment results show that this method can accurately detect the location of local face feature in a image.⑤A novel face image presentation model, dual attribute graph , is put forward. Firstly, it utilizes attribute graph to present the face image, then exact the local principal component coefficient and Gabor transform coefficient of thc pixels which corresponds to the nodes of the graph as the attribute of the nodes. This representation fully makes use of the statistical characteristic of the local face feature and utilizes Gabor transform to present the topographical structure of face image. So DAG has more general property.⑥Based on the DAG presentation, we give a DAG matching function and matching algorithm. The experiment show the system can get better recognition performance under the noise surrounding of lighting, scale and rotation pose.

The relationship between barotropic tidal currents and sea level were established for the first 45-day period using the transfer functions and harmonic analysis, and then carry the prediction for the second 45-day period. There is very good agreement between the observed and predicted semidiurnal tidal current, the rms error is less than 3 cm s-1. However, prediction on diurnal tidal current is rather disappointing, the rms error is about 19 cm s-1, suggesting strong baroclinic tidal component may have a significant contribution to the tidal current, which is not registered in the sea level records.

In this paper, a thermal simulation model of a LED driver was established. The thermal field and thermal stress analysis of the driver was done by using the software EFD Pro 8.2, and the temperature rise from various parts and the temperature field distribution of the PCB were obtained. By analyzing the reasons leading to overheating and unideal heat distribution, corresponding thermal simulation using an improved model was carried out. Finally, the comparison and analysis of experimental measurement results and simulation results were given.

Based on an analysis of distribution pattern of hydrocyclone"s axial velocity, by changing the inlet flow rate Qi and split ratio Fand making an investigation in the effect of Qi and F on axial velocity field, the factors causing the forming of short-cut circuit and circulating flow are found. It is considered that the short-cut circuit and circulating flow are produced by the structure of the hydrocyclone, and can"t be eliminated completely, though they interfere the flow field inside a hydrocyclone and affect the separation accuracy. Test results show that, by increasing Qi and F and controlling them in a certain range, the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone can be improved.

Total RNAs from KAx-3 cells and AK127 cells(developed for 14h) were isolated. After the reverse transcription and PCR reaction, two distinct differential fragments were acquired., fragment A was from KAx-3 cells and fragment C was from AK127 cells. After retriving and reamplifying the differentially expressed fragments, white-blue plaqueselection, the fragments were purified. Northern blot proved that fragment A was from KAx-3 cells and fragment C was from AK127 cells. The results of sequencing and researching for NCBI database have been showed: part sequence of fragment A shows 91% similarity to the gene encoding DhkA, 92% similarity to the gene encoding DhkF, 91% similarity to the gene encoding STATc, 97% similarity to the homoeobox gene encoding protein. These genes play important part in controlling cell differentiation and cell proportion in Dictyostelium discoideum.
