In order to complete the investigation, impersonality feasible experiment solutions and devices are designed independently to systemically investigate on activation and transfer characteristic of soil heavy metal under acid rain effect. Primary results are shown as followings:1. The conversion boundary of self-incompatibility was researched by sowing by stage. Sunshine of day and temperature was studied critically by investigating leafage and researching traits indoors. The results showed that the daily minimum temperature was the principal factor of affinity conversion and the affinity conversion boundary was 16.5~18.1℃.HE97 was primarily regard as self-incompatible line in this research. The method was by inbreeding and sib HE97, Half the silk of HE97 and Zheng58. Inbreeding and cross have been done simultaneously. The extending condition of pollen tube was observed by dying the silk after pollinating 4 hours. The individuals with pollen tube were observed having seeds, while the individuals without pollen tube were observed having few seeds or no seeds. So this study regard HE97 as sporophytic self-incompatibility .The planting ration of female parent HE97 and male parent 87-1 was 4:1.The nature cross-pollination was studied by the theory of endosperm xenity, the study show that the setting percentage of HE97 was 625%, in which the seed in self was 70% and the seed in hybrid was 30%. This was consistent with the study of silk anatomy structure, then come to the same conclusion: compatible pollen germination and fertilization can stimulate the self-incompatible pollen germination and fertilization in the same corn cob.

通过分期播种，进行了光温敏自交不亲和材料HE97亲和性转换区间的研究，依据田间跟踪调查叶龄及室内考种研究了HE97亲和性转换区间的光温临界值，结果表明：1日最低温度是影响HE97自交不亲和性的主要原因，亲和性转换区间在16.5℃～18.1℃之间。2通过HE97自交和姊妹交以及将HE97与郑58作为双亲，各自的花丝一分为二，分别正反交，授粉后4个小时分别取其花丝进行固定、染色，观察花粉管的伸长情况，根据结实率与花粉管伸长的对应关系，结果发现观察到花粉管的对应植株收获到了种子，而没有观察到花粉管的对应植株结实率极低或没有结实，本研究把HE97初步划为孢子体自交不亲和类型。3以HE97为母本，87-1为父本，按4母：1父行比，通过花粉直感效应研究天然异交率，结果母本HE97结实良好(62%)，其中自交粒占70%，异交粒占30%，结合花丝切片观察表明，亲和花粉的萌发及受精会导致落在同一果穗柱头上不亲和花粉的萌发不再受抑制。

We try to find out more methods to releasing pressure and its probabilities to provide design circles or the related toy manufacturers with guidelines and opinions.The study result showed that Healing toys can be separated into five types, the type that is a personification in vision for appreciation purpose, the type that is controlled by the human voice and can interact with people, the type that can make an action by theuser's touch control for entertainment purpose, the type that is sensitive to the light and reacts with regular actions, and the type that contains IC chips and has some kinds of artificial intelligence. Through three rounds of Delphi method, we knew that the word "Healing" was named because the healing toys can soothe, relieve and transfer the strong pressure inside somebody's mind. The characteristics of those toys are having cute appearance, harmlessness, tenderness, lovableness, two-way interaction, addition function that can give surprise, and relationship related with emotions of oneself.The concrete feelings given by the healing toys are happiness, relaxation, reducing pressure, transferring attention, deferring bad moods, and having the power to change emotions. Besides, the healing toys are considered suitable to be assisting materials to heal somebody's mind by playing games because it has characteristics of helping to transfer or relieve negative emotions and helping to transfer attention. The questionnaire results from Mature age generation indicated that the most favorable, healable and desirable toy is the type that contains IC chips and has some kinds of artificial intelligence; and the type that is a personification in vision for appreciation purpose is in contrast. Considering the related perspectives toward the healing toys, people of Mature age generation mostly agree the expert, Delphi for his viewpoints.

研究结果显示疗伤系玩具可分为「视觉拟人化观赏型」、「声控感音式互动型」、「触控式动作娱乐型」、「感光规律模式互动型」与「智慧电子IC科技型」五大类型；经由三回合制Delphi法可得知疗伤系玩具被称之为「疗伤系」是因其具「抚慰安定」、「放松功能」与「可转移内心压力达到治疗」等原因，其特性则是具「可爱造形」、「无伤害感」、「柔和」、「使人喜爱」、「双向互动性」、「惊喜附加功能」及「与自己情感有相关性」此7项，而疗伤系玩具赋予的具体感觉层面有「愉悦感」、「放松感」、「抒压感」、「转移注意力」、「暂缓坏情绪」和「具转移情绪的力量」，另外，疗伤系玩具是被认同适合作心理或游戏治疗辅具的，因其具「可帮助转移或抒解负面情绪」、「放松感」及「可帮助转移注意力」等特质；而熟龄问卷的调查结果则指出，对熟龄族最具有好感、疗伤感及购买欲的疗伤系玩具是「智慧电子IC科技型」，反之则是「视觉拟人化观赏型」，经由因素分析后也得知，疗伤系玩具所具有的意象感为「移转情感性」、「感官舒适性」、「抚慰心灵性」与「互动体验性」此四大特性层面；另外，熟龄族大都皆「同意」Delphi法专家对疗伤系玩具所探讨出的相关论点与看法。

We achieved a C+L-band superfluorescent source, in the region from 1524. 0 to 1600.4nm, the power of the ASE are over -12. 0dBm and the ASE profile excursion is only ±1. 4dB in the region from 1539. 2 to 1600.4nm. The power of the ASE is 22. 1mW and the power conversion efficiency is 18. 8%. 9. The amplification characteristics of thulium-doped fiber amplifier had been studied using the basic theory for fiber amplifier. The connection between the Tm-doped fluoride fiber and silicon fiber was accomplished, and we studied the TDFA and the reason that the expecting results hadn't achieved had been analyzed. The assumption of the Er-Tm-co-doped silicon fiber had been presented, and we studied the Er-Tm-co-doped silicon in cooperation with the correlative corporation, some results had been got and the further studies are carried on.

实验结果得到了覆盖C+L-波段的超荧光光源，在1524.0-1600.4nm波长范围内，自发辐射谱的功率均高于-12.0dBm；在1539.2-1600.4nm波长范围内，自发辐射谱不平坦度为±1.4dB；荧光总功率为22.1mW，功率转换效率为18.8%； 9、应用光纤放大器的基本理论，理论分析和研究了掺铥光纤放大器的放大特性；解决了氟化物掺铥光纤与硅基光纤的连接问题，进行了TDFA的实验研究，分析了没有得到预期结果的原因；最后提出了铒-铥共掺硅基光纤的构想，并与有关单位合作，共同研制了铒-铥共掺硅基光纤，得到了一些前期结果，进一步的研究仍在进行当中。

Chapter 3 the Persian war, chapter 4 the Vandal war, chapter 5 the Gothic war are all about the same issue "Wars and Peace."By analyzing every war's cause, process, I then make a conclusion of Procopius'conception of history. Chapter 6 "Natural Calamity and Human Disaster"analyzes and discusses the Plague of Constantinople in 542-543 and "Nika riot"in 532. In chapter 7 "Legend, Customs and Natural Phenomena", besides a scrutiny of Procopius'history criticism, I examine and sum up three kinds of digressions in this work. The last chapter "Military and Religion"inquires into the military organization , armies of the services, equipments, strategy and tactics, weapons of Byzantine empire. This chapter also probes into the attitude of Procopius on Christian, heresies and paganism; The epilogue is a conclusion of this dissertation, making a systematic exposition on Procopius'conception of history.

对这三大战争的研究，笔者采用述论相结合的方法，首先分析各大战争爆发的原因，然后详细分析战争的过程，纠正普罗柯比的正误、讳言之处，通过与其他史料的相互对比还原历史真相，总结经验教训，最后，在每章的总结部分论述战争的结果及其对交战双方的影响，通过对具体内容的分析归纳总结普罗柯比的历史观；第六章&天灾与人祸&主要对《战记》中记载的542-543 年君士坦丁堡大瘟疫和532 年尼卡暴乱加以分析论述，通过普罗柯比与其他史家记载的对比探寻查士丁尼大瘟疫的起源、传播路径、症状、传染介质、死亡人数、政府对策及其影响等问题，通过对尼卡暴乱目击者记录的分析揭示尼卡暴乱爆发的原因、真实过程，对尼卡暴乱作出公允的评价；在第七章&神话传说、民族风俗和自然现象&中，通过普罗柯比对这三类插话描写的总结和评论，分析他的历史批判法；在最后一章&军事与宗教&中，剥开《战记》的表层内容，对其中蕴含的较深层次的思想内容进行研究，如拜占廷帝国的军队组织、兵种、装备、战略战术、军事武器等内容的探讨，同时也就普罗柯比对基督教和异教、异端的态度加以分析论述；最后的结语部分主要是作全文的总结，阐述普罗柯比的历史观。
