Experimental results showed that the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA was quenched by peperine molecules forming piperine-BSA complex. The mechanism of fluorescence quenching was mainly due to static quenching and non-radiation energy transfer.

实验结果表明：胡椒碱与BSA形成基态复合物从而猝灭BSA的内源性荧光，猝灭原因主要为静态猝灭和非辐射能量转移作用。

There are two parts in this thesis. Part I focuses on the transient effect in InGaP/GaAs hetero-junction bipolar transistors. Part II focuses on the P memory effect and buffer-layer-quality determination using C-V measurement in AlGaAs/GaAs pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistors. 本论文分两部分，第一部份讨论在磷化铟镓的异质接面双载子电晶体中，由於氢的包覆效应产生的特性之研究，由於氢在此种元件中所造成的载子包覆现象是引起电流增益增加的暂态现象的主要原因，本论文提出一个计算氢包覆比例的模型，并与SIMS量测的结果相比对，经过几次热回火处理，此种暂态效应可以被消除。

Methods: Study and collect 66 cases of inefficient epilepsy for 7 years, among which 41 examples were turned to validity through the further treatment ,but 25 examples were still inefficient .We analyse the inefficient reasons, then begin the further treatment again, still inefficient 25 example cases are different in following aspects such as the tipe of episode , course , the result of CT or MR , the abnormal degree of electroencephalogram before treatment, the medicine used befor, the course of treatment, the disease history, the tipe of the symptoms before episode, the frequency of episode, the inducing reasons, the age, the sex and so on.

水土保持与荒漠化防治论文：采用统计方法，对广东省历年耕地及其构成进行相关分析，结果表明广东省耕地减少的原因主要是农业结构调整和其它未统计耕地减少；在近几年未统计耕地减少和结构调整中的改鱼塘占用分别约占耕地总减少量的1/3。

The results show that the alloy undergoes obvious plastic elongation, the specimen fractures into four sections and the diameter changes from 16 mm to 12 mm. The fracture surfaces distribute randomly well developed and partially developed veinal patterns. The deformation behavior of alloy is non-Newtonian flow behavior. About 3% amorphous matrix of extruded specimen transforms crystal, the crystal particles with size of 10-20 mm are precipitated in the amorphous matrix, the thermostability of the extruded specimen was lowered. The failure of the alloy is mainly attributed to non-uniform viscous flow under high strain rate resulting from the hydrostatic extrusion process.

结果表明：非晶合金在高应变速率下产生了明显的塑性变形，直径从16 mm变为12 mm，断裂为4段，且样品断口上随机分布着充分发展与未充分发展的脉纹式切变带，由此可看出非晶合金的变形为非牛顿体变形行为；挤压后的样品约有3％的非晶相发生晶化，在非晶基体上析出10～20 nm的纳米晶粒，导致挤压后非晶合金的热稳定性降低；静液挤压高应变速率变形条件使非晶合金产生非均匀流变，是造成非晶合金断裂的主要原因。
