The contamination of suspending particulates with the diameter less than 2.5 micron in the atmosphere is the main reason that makes mortality ascend,for the contamination can aggravate the hypersusceptibility which embitter more and more people .

支气管哮喘也称哮喘病，病毒感染、室尘螨与蟑螂等变应原触发因素，以及烟草烟雾、空气污染、化学刺激等均可引起发病，大气中直径不足2.5微米的悬浮微粒污染物是导致死亡率上升的因素，微粒污染会加剧人体过敏反应，全球遭受过敏之苦的人数正与日俱增。

These findings demonstrated that, 1 UVA may be the more important action spectrum of CAD than that of UVB; 2 the action spectrum of CAD could change from UVA to UVB and vice versa; 3 The reevaluation of MED may be advisable for the patients who have typical clinical features of CAD; 4 photoallergens and contact allergens may all play important roles in the pathogenesis of CAD and it would be testified by further follow up.
