胶原Ⅰ～Ⅵ型的表达在圆锥角膜的发病过程中有明显的变化，胶原成分的减少会导致角膜的机械抵抗力减弱，并使角膜前凸变薄，最终影响角膜的正常形态，圆锥角膜的发病与胶原密切相关。

本文分析西安及其周围地区2000例变态反应病的情况，结果表明：两性发病率基本相同；青年期和儿童期为好发病期；过敏性呼吸道疾病、皮肤疾病及花粉症是主要发病类型；特异性吸入性过敏原皮试阳性率为66.4%，其中螨、花粉、霉菌的阳性率最高，室尘次之，是本地区过敏性疾病的主要过敏原；采用免疫治疗总有效率为90.15%，非特异性免疫调节治疗可增加免疫治疗效果。

Results All17patients had reiteratively blood in stools.The longest medical history of these patients is of3years,the shortest is of2months.8cases showed symptoms of stomachaches;2cases showed symptoms of peritonitis.3cases resulted in positive tests in the radioactive scanning.Of the rest of the patients,1case showeda positive test in the selective arterial angiographies.Of the17patients,12recovered completely after the operation.And no recurrence was found in the following3～5years.5patients died of the recurrence of tumor and metastasis.

结果 17例均有反复次便血，病史最长3年，最短2月，8例伴有腹痛，2例伴有腹膜炎体征，3例伴有腹块。3例核素扫描检查均是阳性，4例选择性血管造影1例阳性。17例病员无1例术明确原发病，其中15例剖腹探查直接找到病因，2例术中结合内镜找到出血原因。17例中12例经手术治疗痊愈，随访3～5年无复发。5例死于肿瘤复发转移。

The clinical data of 14 patients with LAHS in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University during the period from June 2005 to May 2008 were collected, the informations including primary diseases, clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, therapy and outcome were analyzed retropectively, the coincidence of each diagnostic index was compared before and after diagnosis. All 14 patients were given therapeutic regimens containing fludarabine, methylprednisolone and gammaglobulin after final diagnosis.

收集2005年6月至2008年5月经首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院确诊的LAHS患者14例，回顾性分析其原发病、临床特征、实验室检查指标、治疗与转归，探讨疾病特点，并比较LAHS患者在确诊前后各项诊断标准的符合情况，了解各项诊断指标在疾病诊断中的意义。14例患者确诊后均采用FDIg方案（氟达拉滨，甲基强的松龙，丙种球蛋白）治疗，观察治疗效果。

结果 本组患者的原发病为：高血压1例，尿毒症3例，红斑狼疮1例。5例均为突然发作的血压增高、头痛伴呕吐、意识障碍及癫疒间等，3例有视觉障碍，肢体运动功能均正常。
