对34例孕16～23周有产前诊断指征者经腹部抽取羊水，用Chang培养液传代培养，常规制备羊水细胞分裂中期染色体，应用生物素及地高辛标记的人类全着丝粒探针和X、Y、13、21、18号染色体α-着丝粒探针及染色体全涂染探针，与培养的羊水细胞分裂中期染色体DNA进行原位杂交，杂交后用荧光显微镜观察玻片并摄像。

Methods Amniocenteses were performed in 34 pregnant women of 16～23 gestational weeks with indications for prenatal diagnosis. The amniotic fluid samples were cultured in Chang's medium. The metaphase chromosomes were hybridized insitu with the human centromere probes,α-satellites DNA probes of X, Y,13, 21, 18 chromosomes and all primer chromosome probes. These probes were conjugated by Biotin and Dioxin then. The treated slides were examined and taken photos under the fluoromicroscope.

Methods Fifty eight cases suffered avulsion injury were treated by debridement and orthotopic transplantation of avulsed flap within 6 hours, 31 of them were received intravascular low level He-Ne laser irradiation and routine treatment, and 27 of them were received routine treatment as control group.

选择伤后6小时内行清创、撕脱瓣原位回植术后撕脱伤患者58例，其中治疗组31例应用低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射加常规治疗，对照组27例仅用常规治疗。

Results The survival area and quality of avulsed flap in the experimental group were superior to that of control group after 15 days of operation, and the hemorheological items were markedly changed at 5 days after operation. Conclusion The better flap survival after orthotopic transplantation in avulsion injury can be improved by intravascular low level He-Ne laser irradiation through changed superoxide dismutase activity and hemorheological items in optimal irradiation intensity.

结果 术后15天治疗组撕脱瓣的成活面积、成活质量均明显优于对照组P结论低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射的生物学效应存在最佳的照射强度总量，在最佳的照射强度条件下，通过改变细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活性及血液流变学参数促进原位回植术后的撕脱瓣良好成活。

This paper compares variability of petroleum biodegradation bacteria in frozen and thawed soil collected from Liaohe Oil Field and their capacities for biodegrading petroleum were also determined. The results show that 14 strains of bacteria and 6 strains of fungi for petroleum biodegradation were screened from thawed soils, while only 5 strains bacteria and 2 strains fungi existed in freeze soils.
