Abstract〕Objective:To study the expression of BMP3 mRNA in human normal,carious and inflammatory pulp tissues.

既往，有学者采用免疫组织化学、核酸分子原位杂交技术，分别研究了BMP〔1〕和BMP-2A基因〔2〕在牙胚中的分布与表达，认为它们在牙胚的发育过程中有重要意义。

METHODS: The collagen type Ⅰ gene was cloned by the improved subtractive hybridization, and the fragment of collagen type Ⅰ cDNA was labeled by digoxin and was hybrided by in situ hybridization on the section of capsule of normal and cataractous lens.

用改良的消减杂交法克隆Ⅰ型胶原基因，地高辛标记Ⅰ型胶原cDNA片段制作探针，用原位杂交法研究其在晶状体前囊膜切片上的表达，并作统计学处理。
