Thinopyrum intermedium,one of the relative species of common wheat,is a kind of dominant wheat germplasm resource for the resistance to stripe rust in wheat genetic improvement. With using Chinese spring phlb as recurrent parents and awnless Zhong 4(a partial chromosome of Thinopyrum intermedium)as donor parents,that is backcross selection,the offspring BC_2F_(7～9)were acquired.Cytology check and genome in situ hybridization, were used for the translocation lines and substitution lines detection.

本研究采用常规杂交并辅抗性鉴定等方法，以中国春phlb突变体为轮回亲本，利用无芒中4，转育中间偃麦草的抗条锈性，并通过细胞学和DNA原位杂交检测，鉴定和筛选普通小麦—中间偃麦草的抗条锈病异代换系或易位系。

By the method of in situ hybridization, the distribution of mRNA of RSG6 was detected. The result showed that the transcript activity began at the late unicellular stage microspore, increased at the bicellular pollen, and was most vigorous at the two sperm cells in mature pollen.
