The thermobaric explosive which is similar to PBXs is the new generation of FAE. By analyzing the PBX theory, the F rubber, D ruber and H ruber were chosen as binders, and the calcium stearate, ceresin and graphite were chosen as desensitizing agents. One kind of binders and two kinds of desensitizing agents were selected to form a system for coating the thermobaric explosive. Then their shaping performance and the mechanical sensitivity were compared.

固体温压炸药是液固复合云爆剂的发展型，类似于压装高聚物粘结炸药，所以对PBX的理论和经验进行了研究，选择粘结剂为F橡胶、D橡胶、H橡胶，钝感剂为蜡类钝感剂、硬脂酸钙、石墨，选取一种粘结剂和两种钝感剂，组成三元粘结-钝感体系，通过合理的包覆工艺对主体温压炸药进行包覆，比较它们的成型性能和机械感度。

Three types of subgrade filling material are selected to analyze the change rule of subgrade resilience modulus under different compaction. Meanwhile PFWD（portable falling wei-ght deflectometer） is combined to integrate this parameter with compaction of construction control index,which brings about the conversion relation between three subgrade filling material and compaction. It can provide reference for pavement design and construction.

选定三种不同类型的路基填料，分析在不同压实度条件下路基回弹模量的变化规律，并结合PFWD检测方法，将设计参数回弹模量与施工控制指标压实度联系起来，得出三种路基填料的回弹模量与压实度的转换关系，可为路面设计与施工提供合理的依据。

It studied many factors such as blank holder pressure, anti-pressure, clearance between punch and bottom die, and parameters of dentiform on blank holder, analyzed the influence of these factors' change to stress and strain field in distortion area and the appearance of shear crack, summarized the appropriate ratio of blank holder pressure and anti-pressure, and the best range of other factors.
