Methods Immunize hens with hepatitis B vaccine and collect the eggs. Extract egg yolk and dialyze to prepare EY-TF, then study its physical and chemical properties by spectral analysis, HPLC and Lowry method et al. according to the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

方法用乙肝疫苗免疫母鸡，收集鸡蛋，取卵黄进行透析，制备EY-TF，参照药典要求，采用光谱法、高效液相色谱法、Lowry法等检测其理化性质。

Methods: We detected serum antibody of rattus,hare, wild boar,muntiacus reevesi ogilby, fox, dog and cattle with mCF method. SFGR were isloated from Ixodiodeas with Embryonate hens eggs and identified with mCF and PCR/RFLP.

鼠类、野兔、野猪、麂、狐狸、狗、牛血清学检测，采用微量室温补体结合法；病原分离：用鸡胚卵黄囊感染法分离SFGR，并用 mCF、PCR/RFLP技术对分离株进行鉴定。

For fishes that exposed to water with 40 mg/L nonylphenol, vitellogenin in study fish plasma, ranged from 8.21 to 12.2 mg/mL was about eight times higher than that of controls, by two-week follow-up. After four weeks,the vitello genin contents rised to 5.38-75.4 mg/mL.

雄鲤鱼於壬基苯酚暴露后第二周即发现血浆内之卵黄前质浓度明显增加(8.21-12.22 mg/mL)，约为空白对照组之8倍；第四周为5.38-75.36 mg/mL，其中餵饲处理者为空白对照组之46倍，壬基苯酚确具干扰生物内分泌生理效应。

Results Incidence of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma was 6.2%(87/1395). Sixty-three cases of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma were divided into four subtype: hepatoid type 22 cases (34.9％), fetal gastrointestinal type 15 cases (23.8%), and mixed type of the hepatoid type with enteroblastic differentiation to be 24 cases(38.1%), and yolk sac tumor-like type 2 cases (3.2％).

结果：AFP阳性胃癌的发生率为6.2％（87/1395例）。63例中依据其病理组织形态学特点和肿瘤组织内癌细胞AFP染色阳性表达，并对比3个月妊娠胚胎胃肠组织学的改变，将其组织学类型分为4个亚型：肝样型22例（34.9％），胎儿胃肠型15例（23.8％）和肝样型伴肠胚分化的混合型24例（38.1％）以及卵黄囊瘤样型2例（3.2％）。

The transforming growth factor-β superfamily, a large group of highly conserved growth factors including TGF-βs, activins and BMPs, regulate a wide variety of cellular functions such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and migration. Signals from these growth factors are transduced by a group of Smad proteins. To date, there are nine vertebrate Smads, including the receptor-activated Smads , Smadsl-3, 5 and 8, the common mediator Smad4 and Smad4β, and the inhibitory Smads, Smad6 and 7. Signaling is initiated when the ligand induces assembly of a heteromeric complex of type Ⅱ and type Ⅰ TGFβ receptors. Then R-Smads are directly phosphorylated by activated type I TGF-β receptors.

在多种SMADS中，SMAD5令我们产生兴趣，基于三个原因：1、Smad5基因敲除胚胎中发现卵黄囊的异位造血以及CFU-GM祖细胞数目增加，表明SMAD5可能是早期造血发育的负向调控基因。；2、应用反义核酸封闭Smad5可以逆转TGF-β对祖细胞增殖的抑制效应，表明它可能介导TGF-β信号转导，后者的异常，包括某些SMADS的功能异常，和白血病紧密相关；3、Smad5基因定位在人染色体5q21，此区域的缺失和急性髓系白血病和骨髓增生异常综合症相关，因此，Smad5被怀疑为白血病抑制基因。

The results indicated that the water or 50% ethanol extracts from peonies petals could reduce light absorption of DPPH and OH initiated hydroxylation of salicylate, and inhibit O2(superscript -) mediated light chemical reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium effectively, and lipid peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty from yolk lipoprotein, in which DPPH scavenging activities of 6 peonies water extracts were hinger than that of 200 μg/mL BHT, but lower than 80 μg/mL Vc. In 4 kinds of detecting systems of antioxidation, the peroxidation activity of deep colored flowers of peonies was higher than that of light colored flowers of peonies.

牡丹花瓣提取液能明显抑制卵黄组织匀浆的脂质过氧化作用，降低DPPH的吸光值、抑制O2介导的NBT光化学还原及OH作用下的水杨酸羟基化作用，其中牡丹花瓣提取液清除DPPH自由基的活性高于200μg/mL BHT，但低于80μg/mL Vc.6个品种的牡丹花瓣提取液，在4种测定系统中均具有一定程度的抗氧化能力，且水提取液的抗氧化活性略高于体积分数50%乙醇提取液，深色花瓣提取液对不同自由基的清除能力较强。

The hybrid between Brachymystax lenok and Hueho taimen were not a live in the past 2 years. However, the fertility and eyed rate of BH were significantly higher than that of HH and BB (P.05), while the hatching rate were significantly lower (P.05). The larvae died within 1 to 2 hours after hatching. It was observed that the tail of yolk-sac larve couldn't stretch around the yolk, and there were hyperemia in the middle and posterior segment of the tail. The reason why the hybrid between Brachymystax lenok and Hucho taimen couldn't snrvive might was the karyoplasms of the gametes from Brachymystax lerwk and Hucho taimen by distant hybridization were not compatible.

细鳞鲤×哲罗鱿的杂交经过2年多批次实验均未得到成活杂交子代，但在胚胎发育阶段BH的杂交受精率、发眼率均显著高于双亲自繁对照组(P.05)，但其孵化率显著低于双亲对照组(P.05)，BH杂交子代在破膜后1~2h内即死亡，刚破膜的仔鱼尾干中后段至尾鳍部分盘绕于卵黄囊表面不能伸展，且所有破膜仔鱼的尾干中后段均存在充血点，本研究认为，这种反交［细鳞鲑×哲罗鲑］子代不能成活的原因可能是由远缘杂交受精卵核质不相容所导致。
