Methods: Human mature oocytes were cryopreserved using cryoleaf. Resuscitated oocytes were administered by intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo transplantation or cultured to blastulation, observing the fertilization and developmental capacity of oocytes.

运用cryoleaf进行人类成熟卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻保存，复苏后行胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植或培养至囊胚形成，观察复苏后卵母细胞受精及发育能力。

objective the effects of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on resisting lipid peroxidation were investigated.methods the inhibition of anthocanin pigment from maize purple plant was examined in vitro that autcoxudation of lecithin liposome system induced by fe2+.50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.vehicle and different dose anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant were given respectively,and then experimental injury of mice liver was induced to make use of bromobenzene and the content of mda was determined in liver homogenate.results the inhibition rates of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on linoleic acid oxidation was higher that of ascorbic ascorbic acids.the content of mda in homogenate in middle and high dose of pigment were significantly lower than that in low dose and the injured control group.there were no significat differences in the content of mda in homogenate between low dose group and injury control group.conclusion the anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant have the capability to resist lipid peroxide.

目的 探讨玉米紫色植株色素抗脂质过氧化的作用。方法体外实验测定玉米紫色植株花色苷色素在fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中抗氧化活性。体内实验，取50只小鼠随机分成5组，分别给予溶媒和不同剂量的色素，然后采用溴代苯致实验性肝损伤，测定肝匀浆的丙二醛含量。结果在由fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中玉米紫色植株色素对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用，抑制率随样品的浓度增高而增大，并且明显优于抗坏血酸。在溴代苯致小鼠实验性肝损伤模型实验中，中、高剂量组的丙二醛含量均低于损伤模型组。低剂量组和损伤模型组比较丙二醛含量差异无统计学意义。

After that , the comparison of the fertilizable competences of ICSI and IVF on cryopreservated oocytes was studied in this article , in order to establish an optimized method to improve the fertilizable competences of oocytes up to the level of embryos .

Results The expression of Foxo3a, Bim, FasL in oocyte nests and primordial follicles were detected in the nuclei and cytoplasms of some oocytes. The patterns of Bim and FasL positive rates were consistent with that of Foxo3a and TUNEL positive oocytes rates, which reached the peak in the ovaries of 2-day-old rats.

结果 免疫组化显示Bim和FasL都在新生大鼠部分卵母细胞巢和原始卵泡的卵母细胞核内和胞浆高表达，且阳性率曲线都在2d达到高峰，随后逐渐降低，与TUNEL和FoXo3a的阳性率变化曲线一致。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Osteoblast was fusiformed-shaped and had plentiful processes. Nucleus was orbicular-ovate and leaning to lateral side. Soma was large, and plasma was abundant. Alkaline phosphatase staining suggested that a great number of gray-black particles were observed in plasma, and some region was darkly stained.

结果与结论：成骨细胞呈梭形，多突起；细胞核呈卵圆形，偏于一侧；胞体大，胞浆丰富；碱性磷酸酶染色可见胞浆中含有大量的灰黑色颗粒，某些部位染成黑色，定量分析细胞内的碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平明显高于成纤维细胞；细胞免疫组织化学染色表明其主要合成Ⅰ型胶原。
