Based on pre-experiment foundation of the earlier period, 60 male patients among 45-65 year old were chosed as the clinical case according to the PADAM diagnosis standard, and were divided into 3 groups according to the block stochastic principle, the observation group (acupuncture combined with BUSEHN capsule), group 1, group 2 (takes orally BUSEHN capsule group), each group had 20 cases, and each group of patients was measured by the method of radio-immunity for the serum level of testosterone, luteinizing hormoha, follicle-stimulating hormone before and after the treatment. By the contrast of the grade of PADAM symptom among three groups before and after treatment ,we can reveal the whole funcamental characteristic of acupuncture combined with herb ,and discuss a new way to enhance the curative effect of acupuncture ,and summarize the endocrinous adjustment of acupuncture for the PADAM's patients and the orchidic improvement by the treatment of acupuncture.

在前期预实验的基础上，选择符合诊断标准的PADAM诊断标准的45-65岁男性患者临床病例60例，按照区组随机原则分为3组，观察组、对照组1、对照组2，每组各20例，采用放射免疫法分别测定各组患者治疗前后血清中血清睾酮、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素的血清浓度的水平；通过三组及三组间治疗前后PADAM症状评分指数的对比研究，揭示针药结合的整体调节作用特色，探讨提高针灸疗效的新途径；总结出针刺对中老年雄激素缺乏综合征患者的内分泌的调节及针刺对睾丸的改善程度，探讨针药结合治疗本病的机制及针灸增效剂的应用前景，为今后进一步研究打下坚实基础。

Materials Methods: Beast ultrasound was performedduring luteal phase and late follicular phase in 50 women, aged 25～45, with normalmenstrual cycle and no distinct breast disease; Serum estradiol and progesteronelevel were measured by enzyme immunoassay on the day of ultrasound performed. Onehundred of twenty nine menopause transition women and 318 menopause women wereselected. All of them had ultrasound of breast and serum estradiol report. Breast pain wererecorded. Sixty menopausal women aged 56.8 yr. and menopausal aged 8.2 yr. participated1-year double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled and 2mg 17β-estradiol continuouscombined with 1mg norethindrone acetate clinical study. Mastalgia was diaried. Breaststructure changes tested by high-resolution ultrasound at the 0 and 12 M.

资料和方法：征集身体健康，没有明显乳腺疾病的正常月经妇女53名，分别在月经的晚卵泡期和黄体期进行超声检查和测血清雌二醇和孕酮水平；收集有HRT前乳腺超声检查和血清雌二醇水平结果的绝经过渡期妇女129名和绝经后妇女318名，记录既往乳腺胀疼、过渡期乳腺胀疼、绝经后乳腺胀疼和既往乳腺病史。17 β-雌二醇2mg加醋酸炔诺酮1mg连续联合治疗和安慰剂随机双盲平行对照临床研究1年的60名参加者，分别在用药前后各进行一次乳腺超声检查，乳腺症状按同一表格由病人日记及经培训的一名医生定期随诊记录乳腺胀疼出现、消失的日期及持续的天数；超声检查用同一方法测量乳腺腺体层厚度、导管宽度、乳腺腺体结构及血流。

The Vg-negative reaction of the triploid female rainbow trout could not provide full evidence for the impossibility of liver to synthesize Vg. That Vg was not synthesized resulted from insufficient estradiol due to the retardation of ovaries development, the un-differentiation of follicular cells and the lost interaction of germ cell and somatic cells. It could be concluded from yolk genesis that the shortage of female triploid rainbow trout's Vg resulted from the abortive ooecium, but did not result in sterility.
