Methods］ A total RNA from 10 cases withovarian papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues were extracted by a single step method of gene chip. The cDNA retro?鄄transcribed from equal quantity mRNA derived from 10 cases with ovarian papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues. The cDNA strand was labeled with fluorescent Cy5 and Cy3(normal ovarian epithelial cells) as probes.

方法］ 采用基因芯片技术，按一步法分别抽提10例卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺癌患者的癌组织和正常卵巢组织的总RNA并纯化mRNA；逆转录合成以Cy5荧光标记卵巢癌细胞和Cy3荧光标记正常卵巢上皮细胞的cDNA作为探针，在含有8 464点人类体细胞基因模板的表达谱cDNA芯片上进行杂交。

OBJECTIVE: Three sesquiterpene lactones 1-O-acetylbritannilactone, isoalantolactone and britannilactone were isolated from the roots of Inula helenium and the flowers of Inula japonica. The antitumor activities of the three sesquiterpenoids in the cell lines of HeLa, HEC-1, SHIN3, HOC-21 and HAC-2 were measured, and the relationship between structure and activity and the possible mechanisms were explored.

目的： 观察菊科植物中分离出的3种倍半萜化合物异土木香内酯、1-氧-乙酰大花旋覆花内酯和大花旋覆花内酯对体外培养的人子宫颈癌HeLa细胞、人子宫内膜癌HEC-1细胞、人卵巢透明细胞癌SHIN3及HOC-21细胞和人卵巢囊腺癌HAC-2细胞增殖的影响，研究这3种倍半萜化合物的体外抑制肿瘤细胞增殖作用及其结构与活性之间的构效关系，进而探讨3种倍半萜化合物的体外抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的可能机制。

Results 1.VEGF-C expression and MVD in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were higher than those in normal ovarian tissue (P.05),TSP-1 expression were lower than those in normal ovarian tissue (P.05);2.In epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue,VEGF-C expression and MVD increasing according to progression of the FIGO phase but TSP-1 expression decreasing according to progression of the FIGO phase.

结果 卵巢上皮癌中VEGF-C表达及MVD均明显高于正常卵巢组织(P.05)，TSP-1表达低于正常卵巢组织(P.05)；卵巢上皮癌组织中，VEGF-C表达及MVD随国际妇产科联盟分期的进展而增高(P.05)，TSP-1表达随FIGO分期的进展而降低(P.05)。

结果：起源于内异症的卵巢子宫内膜样癌和卵巢透明细胞癌中各有1例检测到K-ras基因第12密码子发生突变，突变类型为GGT→TGT，即甘氨酸→半胱氨酸，其余标本均未见第12、13密码子突变。p21蛋白在与内异症相关的卵巢肿瘤。。。

阳性条带密度扫描定量结果，卵巢浆液性癌中PTEN蛋白表达相对量为0.34±0.12比正常卵巢和浆液性囊腺瘤和交界性囊腺瘤明显降低(p.05)，其余各组间无统计学差异。3.2.2 PTEN蛋白FCM检测结果FCM结果，卵巢浆液性癌PTEN蛋白表达的FI值(0.908±0.023)明显低于正常卵巢、卵巢囊腺瘤和交界性囊腺瘤的FI值，差异有统计学意义(P.05)。3.2.3 PTEN蛋白免疫组织化学结果35例浆液性囊腺瘤、18例交界性囊腺瘤和56例浆液性癌中，分别有31例、15例和29例呈阳性表达。

结果术后诊断卵巢内膜异位囊肿 5 3 1例、卵巢畸胎瘤 2 5 4例、炎性肿块 13 9例、卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤 12 1例、卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤 67例、输卵管系膜囊肿 12 8例、卵巢单纯性囊肿 14 0例、卵巢纤维上皮瘤 3例、粘液性交界性囊腺瘤 1例、粘液性囊腺癌 1例、卵巢子宫内膜样癌 1例、卵巢恶性纤维上皮瘤 1例。
