Results:The primary pulmonary carcinoma group PR was 84.6%,bronchodilation group CR was 100%,splenic superfuction group CR was 100%,oophoroma group PR was 100%.

结果：原发性肺癌PR84.6%(22/26)，支气管扩张CR 100%，脾功能亢进CR 100%，卵巢癌PR 100%。

Methods:The 35 cases with 26 primary pulmonary carcinoma,2 bronchodilation,5 cirrhosis of liver complicated with splenic superfuction and 2 oophoroma were treated with bronchi arteries or partial splenic arteries or partial internal iliac arteries permanent embolization with silk thread and gelatinum sponge,using Seldinger′s method.

采用 seldinger技术，对 4组疾病 2 6例原发性肺癌，2例支气管扩张，5例肝硬化伴脾功能亢进，2例卵巢癌，用真丝微粒对支气管动脉，脾动脉分支或髂内动脉脏支进行永久性栓塞，并同时用明胶海绵条作双重栓塞。

Objective: To study the role of the hereditary breast and orarian cancer susceptibiliry gene mutation and estrogen receptor in breast cancer and study the relationship between BRCA1 and ER.

ConclusionAllactin for intravenous infusion at 40mg/kg may induce side reaction of cisplatin in ovarial cancer treatment.

结论静脉输注40 mg/kg 大蒜素可减轻卵巢癌化疗中顺铂的副反应。

MethodsFrom March 2005 to December 2007, 120 patients with ovarial cancer of our department who would receive cisdiaminodichloroplatinum treatment were classified randomly into two groups. Group A (n=60) was administered with allactin by intravenous infusion at 10 mg/kg, and Group B (n=60) with allactin for intravenous infusion at 40 mg/kg.

方法将我院2005年3月—2007年12月间，120例卵巢癌顺铂化疗患者，随机分成两组：A组(60例)，给予大蒜素10 mg/kg 静脉输注；B组(60例)，给予大蒜素40 mg/kg 静脉输注。

In this study, the ovarial cancer stem cells were successfully obtained through the suspension culture of the ovarian cancer 0VCAR3 cell line in serum-free media. The stem cells formed spherical colonies, called "ovarispheres", and showed anchorage-independent ability. Furthermore, the bionomics and morphology of the stem cells were observed, and the expression difference of the tumor stem cells marker-ABCG2 between ovarispheres and anchorage-dependent cells was identified by using RT-PCR and Immunocytochemistry methods.

本研究通过无血清悬浮培养人卵巢癌细胞系OVCAR3，获得具有非锚着依赖能力的肿瘤干细胞球，观察其生物学特性及形态学的变化，并采用半定量逆转录—聚合酶链反应及细胞免疫化学的方法鉴定肿瘤干细胞标志ABCG2在贴壁细胞及肿瘤干细胞球中的表达差异。

Results:The serum sE-cadherin levels in health control did notvary throughout the menstrual cycle.The preoperative serum sE-cadherin levels were higher in patients with endometriosis than inhealth control.No differences were found between enometriosis patientswith differnt stage and clinical symptom.The preoperative serum sE-cadherin levels were higher in patients with ovarin cancer than in bothhealth control and patients with endometriosis.

研究结果：1、正常育龄妇女血清中sE-cad水平在月经周期中无明显改变〓，且血清中sE-cad水平与年龄不相关；2、内异症患者术前血清中sE-cad水平高于正常对照组〓，不同期别内异症患者血清中sE-cad水平无显著差别〓，有无痛经的内异症患者血清中sE-cad水平无显著差别〓；3、卵巢癌患者术前血清中sE-cad水平分别高于内异症患者组及健康对照组〓。

Result:The plasmatic level of Th2 were significantly higher as diseases progressed, the level of Th2 increased whereas Th1 decreased.

结果：卵巢癌患者外周血中呈现Th2亢进趋势，且这种变化随临床期别的升高而更加明显。
