Methods A total RNA from ten cases of ovarian cancer and contral normal ovarian tissues were extracted by a single step method. The cDNA retro-transcribed from equal quantity mRNA derived from ten cases of ovarian carcinoma and normal ovarian tissues, which were labeled cDNA strand with Cy5 and Cy3 fluorescence as probes.

按一步法分别抽提10例人卵巢癌组织和对照正常卵巢组织的总RNA并纯化mRNA；分别从10例取等量的人卵巢癌组织和对照组织的mRNA分别混合后逆转录合成以Cy5和Cy3标记的cDNA一链做探针，混合后在含有8464点人类体细胞基因模板的表达谱cDNA芯片上进行杂交。

The accretion and aversion of tumor is depend on the production of blood vessel .it will form duplicated and deadexis has intensify. HGF is a strong inductor of neogenesis blood vessel ,it can induce endothelial cells generation and extension, irritate the growth of new blood vessel. For all above, we decide to investigate the expression of HGF/c-met in ovarian cancer cell, try to analysis HGF/c-met signal conduct in ovarian cancer infestation and diversion.

因此，本课题旨在通过研究HGF及其受体在卵巢癌细胞中的表达，揭示HGF及其受体在卵巢癌等多种肿瘤的失控性生长及其转移过程中发挥的重要作用，并进一步探讨抗卵巢癌药物紫杉醇对HGF/c- met信号传导通路的调控。

Trabectedin is an experimental drug, based on a compound originally found in the sea squirt, which is being developed for use in sarcomas as well as ovarian and prostate cancers. The product is awaiting approval in Europe for use in sarcomas and has orphan-drug designation in both Europe and the United States for use in sarcomas as well as in ovarian cancer.

Results 80 cases of female pelvic masses,among them 8 cases ectopic pregnancy,16 cases leiomyoma of uterus,12 cases ovarian cyst,10 cases teratoma of ovary,12 cases oophoroma,8 cases ondometrial carcinoma and 12 cases cases cervical carcinoma.

结果 80例女性盆腔包块，其中异位妊娠8例，子宫平滑肌瘤16例，卵巢囊肿12例，卵巢畸胎瘤10例，卵巢癌14例，子宫内膜癌8例，宫颈癌12例。

Results:60 cases of female pelvic masses, among them, 4 cases ectopic pregnancy,8 cases ovarian cyst,12 cases oophoroma,8 cases teratoma of ovary,6 cases endometrial carcinoma,10 cases cervical carcinoma and 12 cases leiomyoma of uterus.The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 90.00% and ultrasound diagnosis was 86.67%.

结果：60例女性盆腔肿块，其中宫外孕4例，卵巢囊肿8例，卵巢癌12例，卵巢畸胎瘤8例，子宫内膜癌6例，宫颈癌10例，子宫平滑肌瘤12例，CT符合率为90.00%，B超符合率为86.67%。

Methods We detected respectively the serum TPS、CA125 level of 15 patients with ovarian benign tumor and 39 patients with ovarian carcinoma after the first visit and treatment,as well as of 15 ovarian cancer palindromic patients.And their results were classified and compared.

分别检测15例卵巢良性肿瘤患者和39例卵巢癌患者初诊、治疗后以及15例卵巢癌复发患者血清TPS、CA125水平，统计结果进行比较。

Results:① Compared to cystadenomas, the tissual MVD was significantly higher in bordline cystadenomas, but signicantly lower than cystadenocarcinomas.

结果：①良性、交界性及恶性浆液性卵巢肿瘤组织中MVD值呈逐渐增高趋势，MVD值分别为7.8±2.4、17.5±3.3及27.6±7.5，三者之间差异均有显著性；浆液性卵巢癌不同的组织学分级中MVD差异有显著性，高、中及低分化组织中MVD值分别为18.3±3.4、24.2±3.1及32.3±6.4，分化程度愈差，MVD值愈高；浆液性卵巢癌不同的FIGO分期中MVD差异有显著性，Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的MVD值高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期的MVD值，分别为28.9±4.7及22.0±4.7。

The correlation between Survivin and p53 expression and histological tyes and clinical stages in ovarian carcinoma were analysed.

结果： 1。卵巢癌p53和Survivin蛋白阳性表达率在卵巢癌组织中P53蛋白阳性表达率为54.84%(34/62)与正常对照组比较有显著差异(p＜0.01)；在浆液性囊腺癌中P53蛋白表达阳性表达率为56.52%(26/46)在黏液性囊腺癌中P53蛋白阳性表达率为57.14%(8/14)两组间无明显差异(p＞0.05)。

Tissue Preparation: 159 cases of paraffin sections of lung carcinomascomprised of adenocarcinoma (84 cases), squamous cell carcinoma (42 cases), smallcell lung carcinoma (10 cases), large cell carcinoma (15 cases), pleomorphic carcinoma(4 cases), and metastatic colon carcinoma (4 cases), and 86 adenocarcinomas fromsome organs other than lung, including colon (15 specimens), stomach (5 specimens),prostate (5 specimens), breast (35 specimens), uterus body (11 specimens), ovary (10specimens) and thyroid (5 specimens) were chosen from the surgical files ofYamanashi University Hospital and Kofu City Hospital.

标本来源：159例肺癌及其癌旁组织标本包括84例腺癌、42例鳞癌、10例小细胞癌、15例大细胞癌、4例多形性癌和4例肺转移性结肠癌，以及86例全身其他组织腺癌及其癌旁组织标本包括15例结肠腺癌、5例胃腺癌、5例前列腺癌、35例乳腺癌、11例子宫内膜腺癌、10例卵巢癌及5例甲状腺癌，均来自日本山梨大学附属医院和甲府市立医院外科手术标本。
