卵巢瘤

The AgNOR count are studied on paraflin-embedded histologic sections in 10 cases of benign ovarian epithlioma,10 cases of bordeline ovarian epithelioma and 30 cases of ovarian cancer,using the method of silver stain.

应用改良银染法，对10例卵巢良性肿瘤、10例交界性瘤、30例卵巢癌进行Ag－NOR定量研究。

Of them,194 cases had been conducted sterility explorations,148 ectopic pregnancy operations,91 ovarian multiple cyst operations,49 myomectomy,47 enucleation of ovarian multiple cysts,29 laparoscopic cholecystectomies,24 teratoma resections,2 ruptuure of corpus luteum operations,2 appendectomies,repair in perforation of uterus,eyewinker extraction in abdominal cavity.Tubal ligation and communicating branch lidation of great saphenous vein.

在连续硬膜外加静脉麻醉下为602例行腹腔镜手术，其中不孕症宫腹腔镜探查术194例，宫外孕手术148例，多囊卵巢手术91例，子宫肌瘤切除术49例，卵巢囊肿切除术47例，胆囊切除术29例，畸胎瘤切除术24例，黄体破裂修补术12例，盆腔脓肿引流术2例，阑尾切除术2例，腹腔镜子宫穿孔修补，腹腔异物取出，输卵管结扎，大隐静脉交通支离断等各1例。

Struma ovarii are rare ovarian monodermal teratoma,with low rate of malignant change and good prognosis.

卵巢甲状腺肿是少见的卵巢单胚层畸胎瘤，恶变率低，预后好。

Results: CT diagnostic accuracy of malignancy was 89%, shi1e the accuracy of teratoma was 93%, inflammatory masses was 73%.

结果：卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的CT诊断准确性均为89%，其中畸胎瘤达93%，卵巢区炎性包块的准确性为73%。

The uncomfortable syndrome in the periods of menses was owing to the pelvic diseases such as pelvic inflammation, adenomyoma, endometriosis, ovarian cyst, poly cystic ovary, pelvic adhesion.

临床上月经疼痛通常分为原发性及继发性两种，原发性是指没有任何骨盆腔疾病情况下发生的经痛，继发性则是指因为其他疾病所引起的经痛，又称之为病理性经痛，也就是骨盆腔疾病所导致的疼痛，例如骨盆腔发炎、子宫肌腺瘤，子宫内膜异位，卵巢囊肿，多囊性卵巢、臂，盆腔黏连等等。

Results:Under the laparoscopy,1 patient had a normal pelvis,the other 9 persons got conglutinant pelvis(7 were caused by chronic pelvic inflammation,1 by operation,1 by endometriosis),3 got wide conglutination between the back wall of uterus and rectum,depression of rectum disappeared;1 got pelvic inflammatory cyst;4 got endometriosis,and one of which got bilateral ovarian cyst and bilateral ovarian small teratoma.

结果：1例盆腔正常；9例盆腔粘连（慢性盆腔炎引起7例，手术引起1例，子宫内膜异位引起1例），其中3例子宫后壁与直肠广泛粘连，直肠窝消失；1例盆腔炎症包块；4例子宫内膜异位，其中1例双侧卵巢小巧克力囊肿合并双侧卵巢小畸胎瘤。
