摘要研究背景：盆腔炎是育龄妇女常见病，多发病，一般认为3%的妇女在他们一生中患过，导致异位妊娠、不孕，慢性盆腔疼痛、输卵管积水、输卵管卵巢囊肿以及慢性性交困难等后遗症，严重影响妇女健康，且增加家庭及社会经济负担。

Results: Of the 28 patients with ectopic pregnancy, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as pelvic inflammatory masses; 2 cases as impended ovary tumors; 8 cases as pelvic infection, 6 cases normal pregnancy, 5 cases incomplete abortion; 5 cases were missed diagnosed.

结果：28例中误诊为盆腔炎性包块者2例，卵巢肿瘤待切者2例，盆腔炎者8例，宫内早孕者6例，不全流产5例，漏诊5例。
