The objectives of this study were 1 to investigate the occurrence of salmonella in laying hens and eggs in central Taiwan; 2 to identify the antimicrobial resistance, serotyping, and associated risk factors of the Salmonella isolates; 3 to provide a protocol for control of Salmonellosis.

本研究调查中部地区蛋鸡卵巢与肠内容物检体及鸡蛋内容物的沙门氏菌之阳性率，所得到的沙门氏菌菌株再进行抗菌剂感受性试验、血清分型及相关的危险因子分析。

Objective:To investigate the effects of superovulation in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment on the ovarian reserve function after bilateral salpingectomy.

目的：探讨双侧输卵管切除术在体外授精-胚胎移植中超促排卵对卵巢储备功能的影响。

Salpingectomy has no obvious effect on the outcome of IVF-ET and baseline endocrine within a period of time, but it reduces the ovarian response to superovulation on ipsilateral ovary in IVF-ET.

输卵管切除术对IVF-ET周期妊娠结局无显著影响，在一定时间内不引起患者基础内分泌的改变，但降低手术侧卵巢的反应性。

The patients were divided into four groups. Group A included 48 women with previous unilateral salpingectomy. Group B included 41 patients with previous bilateral salpingectomy. Group C included 50 patients with obstruction of fallopian tube while group D included 40 patients with hydrosalpinx (without surgical procedure before). The ovarian responses to superovulation and the outcomes of IVF-ET were evaluated.

选择2006年2月至2007年6月在本中心行常规IVF-ET治疗的179例不孕患者为研究对象，共分为A、B、C、D四组，A组为48例单侧输卵管切除患者，B组为41例双侧输卵管切除患者，对照C组为50例双侧输卵管阻塞患者，对照D组为40例单侧或双侧输卵管积水患者，比较4组患者在IVF-ET周期中卵巢对控制性超排卵的反应及其结局的差异。

Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.Compared with the salpingectomy,the proximal tubal ligation with distal tubal salingostomy may be a better option in this situation and it may cause less interference to the ovarian function.

输卵管积水对IVF-ET有不良影响，增加了流产率及异位妊娠率，在IVF-ET前对输卵管积水进行适当的处理有助于提高临床妊娠率，降低流产率；与输卵管切除术相比，输卵管近端结扎伞端造口术对卵巢功能影响较小，不增加流产率及异位妊娠率。

Methods:According to the diseases,the instruments were installed by three foramina methods after general anesthesia.Various operations,for example,salpingectomy,salpingotomy,partial ovariectomy,adnexectomy and pelvic abscess incision drainage.

在全麻下采取常规三孔法置入腹腔镜器械，根据疾病不同采取相应的手术方法，如输卵管切除术、输卵管开窗术、卵巢部分切除术、一侧附件切除术、脓肿切开引流术。

Results:Among 139 cases,55 cases with pelvic adhesion,34 cases with salpingitis,20 cases with endometriosis,and 14 cases with polycystic ovary.

结果：139例中盆腔粘连55例，输卵管炎34例，子宫内膜异位症20例，多囊卵巢综合征14例，术后妊娠率分别为47.27%，41.18%，55.56%，46.15%。

Result: There are 178 patients have been made at the preliminary diagnosis. 26 cases have been misdiagnosed. There are 45 cases with salpingitis or pelvic inflammation. 79 cases have the history of abortion. 101 cases have been placed intrauterine device.

结果：初诊确诊病例178例（87.3%），误诊26例（12.1%），流产史79例，放置宫内节育器101例，合并输卵管炎及盆腔炎45例，卵巢肿瘤10例，子宫肌瘤12例。

The causes of female infertility: 1, ovulation disorders: ovarian dysgenesis, luteal phase defect. 2, the endocrine endometrial lack of support, as well as the body of abnormal sex hormone levels or the proportion of non-conforming. 3, reproductive tract obstruction: If intrauterine and vaginal salpingitis of Terrier. 4, for reasons unknown factors and immune factors.

2女性不孕的原因：1、排卵障碍：为卵巢发育不全，黄体功能不全。2、子宫内膜的内分泌支持不足以及体内性激素水平不正常或比例不协调。3、生殖道梗阻：如宫腔及输卵管炎性梗阴。4、原因不明因素和免疫因素。

提出了用测地线方程、曲面上两点间短程线来计算膜结构曲面测地线的方法，同时，采用测地线间垂线的中点连线和用无约束极值法进行空间条状曲面近似展开的分析。
