Results: The proportional volume, numerical density of the granules in ovariotomy group were less than those in sham-ovariotomy and ovariotomy estradiol groups (P.001); the proportional volume and numerical density of ASG in myocardial cells almost came back to the normal level with small dose estradiol; along with the enhancement of estradiol dosage, the content of ASG in myocardial cells was more than those in sham-ovariotomy and small dose estradiol group (P.01), and showed a quantity-efficiency relation.

结果：切除大鼠双侧卵巢后，心房特殊颗粒的体密度和数密度与对照组及用雌二醇组比较明显减少(P＜0.01)，小剂量雌二醇可使大鼠心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的体密度和数密度恢复到正常水平，随剂量增加，心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的量也伴随增加，呈量效关系。

Methods: The seventy-two 10-month female Sprague-daweley rats were randomly divided into treatment part (sham, model, BBC treatment high, BBC treatment low dose and QIANGGU CAPSULE control groups) and preventing part (sham, model, BBC preventing high and BBC preventing low dose grougs).All rats were taken ovariotomy except rats in sham group.
