In situ hybridization using biotinylated POMC cRNA probe made it possible to localize POMC mRNA in the rat ovary. POMC mRNA predominantly existed in corpora lutea of diesturs, pregnant and pseudopregnant rat ovaries. POMC containing cells scattered in the ovarian intertitium were seen. The amount of POMC mRNA in granulosa cells was negligible.

采用生物素标记的POMCcRNA作为探针，进行原位杂文，研究POMCmRNA在大鼠卵巢中的分布，实验表明，POMCmRNA主要分布于间期，妊娠和假孕大鼠卵巢黄体中，间质细胞也可见少量POMCmRNA，而卵泡颗粒细胞中POMCmRNA极少。

Objective To investigate the value of serum CA125 and sialic acid assays in diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis and ovarian benign tumors.

Results:(1) The XLGBC can obviously increase the estradiol of serum in the castrational animal;(2) The XLGBC can obviously increase the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient in the Yangxu animal;(3) The XLGBC can obviously increase the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient in the Yinxu animal.

结果 （1）对去势动物模型，仙灵骨葆胶囊明显提高血清雌二醇水平；（2）对阳虚动物模型，仙灵骨葆胶囊明显提高阳虚小鼠精囊腺和卵巢的系数；（3）对阴虚动物模型，仙灵骨葆胶囊明显提高阴虚小鼠精囊腺和卵巢的系数。

Methods The model of subacutely aging rats were made by injecting Dgal into the rats, abdominal cavity continually. After lavaging HSWY, the apoptosis rate and the levels of Fas and FasL mRNA were measured by TUNEL and RTPCR; the expressions of Fas/Fasl protein were detected by SP immunocytochemistry.

Fifty six female rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: 8 rabbits as control, 16 rabbits' knee fixed as an OA model, 16 rabbits with ovariectomy and 16 rabbits ovariectomy with estrogen.
