Action research is adopted as the research method. Based on the difficulty faced while teaching music, this researcher feels that students in general lack the motivation to be creative. Eurhythmics, a favorite activity of students, is thus used as the main strategy to design teaching activities, with the aim to enhance the ability of improvisation. In addition, experimental teaching is adopted and the results presented by the researcher with a behavior observation record sheet and statistics, as well as audiovisual files of improvisation and musical diaries from the students. It is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, whose results are presented as follows: 1. Designing the principle of a eurhythmics lesson: It starts from "listening" and applies elements of eurhythmics (force→space→time→relationship→locomotor →group formations) in teaching rhythm. It not only accumulates musical ability and experience, but also becomes the source of improvisation.
