Results The cases of this study account for 5.2%(184/3534) of primary bronchiogenic carcinomas and 14.5%(184/1265) of pulmonary adenocarcinomas that were admitted by PUMCH during the same period. The ratio of males to females is 1:1.24. 27.2% of the cases were discovered during health checkups, with no obvious symptoms. Because of its radiological features, BAC could easily be misdiagnosed as pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis or interstitial lung disease, and the ratio of the misdiagnosed cases is as high as 41.9%.

结果 本组病例占我院同期原发性支气管肺癌的 5.2 （ 184/3534 ），占我院同期肺腺癌的 14.5%（ 184/1265 ），男女之比 1：1.2 ，无症状体检发现者占 27.2%， BAC 影像学的表现易被误诊为肺炎、肺结核、间质性肺病，误诊比例高达 41.9%，综合治疗的疗效较单一治疗效果好。

Besides, the following two features of the book seem to be very incomprehensible: on the one hand, the book includes a full-scale version of Western astrology, not only medical and meteorological one permitted by the Catholic Church, but even natal astrology forbiden by the chruch as well; on the other hand, at the high time when the Tychonic system of calendrical astronomy constructed by Johann Terrenz Schreck (1576-1630), Johann Adam Schall von Bell (1591–1666) and Giacomo Rho (1593－1638) had been contributed by Schall himself to the newly founded Qing dynasty which had officially adopted it immediately, Smogulecki was preaching in the book a system based on Philippe van Lansberge's (1516 – 1632) heliocentric astronomy, and openly claimed that Schall's Tychonic system still committed a number of deficiencies and was outdated, and therefore should be replaced with the Lanbergian system.

另外，该书的两大特点也令人不解：首先，其中包含有完整版本的西方星占学知识，不仅包括天主教会允许的医学和气象星占，而且还包含受教会禁止的生辰星占；其次，在汤若望(Johann Adam Schall von Bell，字道未，1591–1666)等人介绍到中国来的弟谷天文学系统已经被清朝政府正式采纳，传教士的信誉已经微妙地与这种天文学系统紧密地联系在一起的情况下，穆尼阁居然在书中介绍了以哥白尼&日心地动&说为基础的斯伯格(Philippe van Lansberge， 1516 – 1632)天文学，而且还公然宣称，汤若望引进的系统存在许多不足之处，已经过时，应该用兰斯伯格的天文学加以取代。

Results:The result showed that,in the period of 1987-1997,there were 6502 cases with 14 kinds of malignant tumors in this hospital,and 6221 cases with 6 kinds of digestive system tumors,including esophageal,gastric cardia,gastric,colorectal,liver and cholecystic tumors,its percentage in all of tumors was 97.5%;esophageal and gastric cardia cancers stood first and second on the list,3531 and 1764 cases respectively,their percentage in all of tumors were 81.4%,but other malignant tumors′ percentage was very lower.

结果：11年间该医院共收治14种恶性肿瘤6502例，其中包括食管、贲门、胃、肠道、肝和胆囊在内的6种消化系统肿瘤6221例，占全部恶性肿瘤数的95.7%；食管癌3 531例，贲门癌1764例，共占全部恶性肿瘤数的81.4%，位居前两位；胃癌和肺癌则排列第3位和第7位；宫颈癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、结肠癌等其他常见恶性肿瘤则仅占很低的百分率。

Both of amount of 54 ind/L and 95 ind/L were found from cladocera of 8 species as well as Copepoda of 6 species and their proportion of 28.57% and 21.43% were recorded.

Results About 39 cases were diagnosed as benign tumors,majority of which were demoid cysts.The another one case was borderline mucinous cystadenoma.Eight cases were diagnosed by ultrasound examination during the first trimester(53.33 %),4 had complication to do emergency operations,3 were caused by torsion,one by rupure.Serum samples for CA125 estimation were obtained from 3 before operations.AS a result,2 cases were elevated,one of which was borderline mucinoers cystadenoma.38 cases were full-term birth.

结果 妊娠期良性肿瘤39例，占97.5%，以生殖细胞肿瘤多见，黏液性囊腺瘤交界型1例；孕早期超声诊断8例，占孕期发现总例数的53.33%(8/15)；有4例出现并发症并行急诊手术，扭转3例，破裂1例，术前3例行CA125检查，2例升高，其中1例为黏液性囊腺瘤交界型；足月分娩38例，占95.00%。

Among 88 fecal specimens collected from diarrheic children, 32 (36.4%) were positive for enterovirus, 10(11.4%) were for rotavirus and 3 (3.4%) patients were presented mix infection for both two enteric virus.

In this group,16 cases were involved in central pulmonary arteries (66.7%) and 4 cases with dilated bronchial arteries (17%),9 cases with pulmonary infraction (37.5%) whose pulmonary embolismic index was ranged from 24% to 83%, other 15 cases with no pulmonary infraction whose embolismic index was ranged from 5% to 61%,and there were significant difference between the two groups.
