ResultsDuring 2002-2005,1 645 AFP cases under 15 years old were reported by the AFP surveillance system,and stool speciments of 1 629 cases were collected.From the samples 169 strains NPEV were isolated.The yearly average infection rate of NPEV in AFP cases was 10.4%.Most of the patients came from the middle and south area of Hebei.76.3% of the cases,onset time was in May to October.80.5% occurred in children under 5 years old.

结果2002～2005年15岁以下儿童AFP病例监测系统合计报告病例1645例，其中1629例采集了粪便标本，169例分离到NPEV，年平均分离率为10.4%。169例病人主要分布在河北省中南部地区，5～10月发病者占76.3%，岁儿童占80.5%；诊断为格林-巴利综合征的占32.5%，NPEV感染的占36.1%。

The physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition and mineral elements of Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were determined. The results showed that 20 kinds of fatty acids in the Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were identified, in which the main components were oleic acid (33.34%), 8,11-octadecadienoic acid (28.24%) and palmitic acid (22.55%); the seed oil contained 6 kinds of essential mineral elements including Ca, P, Mg, Fe, K and Mn, and their contents were in the reasonable range of body requirement.

测定了水红木油的理化指标；用GC/MS法测定了脂肪酸组成及含量，共检出20种脂肪酸，主要成分9-十八碳烯酸占33.34%，8，11-十八碳二烯酸占28.24%，十六烷酸占22.55%，3种脂肪酸共占84.13%；用ICP-OES法测定了矿质元素的种类和含量，检出的Ca、P、Mg、Fe、K、Mn 6种矿质元素均为人体必需元素，含量均在人体所需合理范围内。

In 1980s, HFRS additionary occurred in spring season, the diseased cases and the dead cases accounted for 42.78%and 21.73%of that of the whole year respectively, the endemic area expanded to 14 areas where the mixed infection of Hantaan virus and Seoul virus were found. In 1990s, the diseased cases and dead cases were 43.68%and 37.55%of that of the whole year respectively, mixed infection of Hantaan and Seoul virus was found.

结果表明：山东省在60年代和70年代HFRS发病以秋冬季（10月～翌年1月）为主，其发病数占全年发病数的89.87％，病死数占全年的88.99％；疫区限于6个地区，疫区型别为姬鼠型。80年代，除秋冬季发病高峰外，出现春季（3～6月）发病高峰，其发病数和病死数分别占42.78％和21.73％；疫区扩大至全省14个地区，疫区型别为姬鼠型和家鼠型的混合型。90年代情况与80年代类同，春季发病与死亡数分别占全年的43.68％和37.55％；疫区型别仍为混合型。

In the horizontal direction,most of effective root for Black Locustdistributed in 30cm～90cm from stem basal,but it for Arborvitae distributed in 0～30cm.

其中，刺槐有效根长占总有效根长的51.58％，侧柏占58.38％；刺槐有效根干重占总有效根于重的63.01％，侧柏占71.09％；在水平方向上，刺槐有效根系密度呈二次抛物线型分布；侧柏则随距主干距离的增大而减小。

Results The response rate was 47.2% including 3 CR, 14 PR, 13 SD,6 PD,with 91.7% of leukopenia,88.9% alopecia,69.4% of myodynia and arthrodynia,58.3% of finger and digiti numbness.

RESULTS Among 327 specimens, cultures were positive in 320(97.9%),included 328 aerobe strains and 436 anaerobe strains.Most of the pathogenic bacteria were Gram negative.In aerobes,E.coli was the first (176 strains),while bacteroides were the first(216 strains) for anaerobes. In the positive cases, aerobic and anaerobic mixed infection were 64.7% while unitary aerobic and unitary anaerobic infection were only 25% and 10.3%, respectively.The drug sensitive rate of aerobes to the third generation cephalosporine was exceed 90%.The drug sensitive rate to metronidazole was 97.9%.

结果 32 7例标本中 32 0例有细菌生长，其中需氧菌 32 8株，厌氧菌 4 36株，以 G-菌为主；在需氧菌中以大肠埃希菌为主，占 176株；厌氧菌中以类杆菌属为主，占 2 19株；大多数为需氧菌和厌氧菌的混合感染，占 6 4 。7%；单纯需氧菌和单纯厌氧菌感染分别占 2 5 %和 10 。3%；需氧菌对第三代头孢菌素的敏感率在90 %以上，厌氧菌对甲硝唑的敏感率在 97.7%。

Results There bacterial infection were observed in 91 cases with dermal ulcer, accounted for 72.2% and fungal infection was observed in 40 cases ,accounted 31.7%. Double infections with bacteria and fungus were observed in 11 cases, accounted for 8.7%. Staphylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans were the main pathogens.

结果 在126例皮肤溃疡患者中，有91例存在细菌感染，占72.2%；有40例存在真菌感染，占31.7%，同时有细菌和真菌感染的11例，占8.7%；细菌感染以金黄色葡萄球菌最多，占37.3%，真菌感染以白色念珠菌为常见。

Among all the algae, Chlorophyta (13 genus, 35 species) accounts for 35.14% of the total genus, which are mainly Chlorococcales; Cyanophyta (10 genus 15 species) accounts for 27.03% of the total genus, which are mainly Oscillatoria and Spirulina; Bacillariophyta (6 genus) and Xanthophyta (4 genus) account for 16.22% and 10.81% respectively.
