"运费和保险费付至"是指卖方向其指定的承运人交货，但卖方还必须支付将货物运至目的地的运费，亦即买方承担卖方交货之后的一切风险和额外费用。

In case of inquire to SUPPLER about products that SUPPLER is able to manufacture, by any Company from Russian Federation, SUPPLIER is obliged to readdress the inquire to BUYER, and , in this case , SUPPLIER is an exclusive company from China to supply these products to Company from Russian Federation through BUYER.

若俄罗斯的任一家公司向卖方询问卖方所能生产的产品，卖方应使其向买方询问；卖方是唯一的通过买方向俄罗斯的公司提供此类产品的中国公司。

Only seller may at any time without notice to buyer set off any liability of buyer to seller against any liability of seller to buyer(in either case howsoever arising and whether any such liability is present or future,liquidated or unliquidated and irrespective of the currency of its denomination)and may for such purpose convert or exchange any currency.

在任何时候，对于卖方来说，只有卖方在没有通知买方的情况下抵销其对买方的任何责任，相反对于买方来说，也有可能在没有通知卖方的情况下抵销对卖方的责任(任何一方不管发生什么，也不管这个责任是现在的或是将来的，已发生的或是未发生的，以及忽视货币流通)，因为这个企图，可能转变或交换任何货币流通。

The terms indebtedness and obligations are used herein in their most comprehensive sense and include any and all advances, debts, obligations and liabilities of Seller, heretofore, now, or hereafter made, incurred or created, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, and however arising whether due or not due, absolute or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, determined or undetermined, whether Seller may be liable individually or jointly with others, whether recovery upon such indebtedness may be or hereafter becomes barred by any statute of limitations or whether such indebtedness may be or hereafter becomes otherwise unenforceable, and includes Sellers prompt, full and faithful performance, observance and discharge of each and every term, condition, agreement, representation, warranty undertaking and provision to be performed by Seller under these Agreements.

这里的术语"负债""债务"应按照各自最广泛的含义被使用，债务包括卖方先前、现在和今后，基于自愿或非自愿发生的所有预付款、负债、债务和责任，不论债务如何产生，，不论债务是否已经到期、是否必然发生、是否已清算、是否已决，不论卖方是单独或与他人连带承担责任，不论债务的追偿是否已经或将会受到时效法的阻碍，也不论债务是否已经或将要无法强制执行，卖方应当即时、充分和善意的履行、遵守和完成全部条款、条件、协议、陈述、担保义务和这些协议项下卖方应当履行的条款。

IiInsolvency of Seller, filing by Seller of a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, filing of an involuntary petition to have Seller declared bankrupt, provided the same is not vacated within thirty (30) days from the date of such filing, or the execution by Seller of any assignment for the benefit of creditors.

卖方整理的自愿破产的申请档案，使卖方宣告破产的自愿破产申请档案规定：为了债权人的利益，从卖方宣告破产这一天起的30天内，卖方需要实行的任何任务都不会被取消。

3 In the event that the goods are found to be in breach of the said warranty and so notified during the term of the warranty in accordance with clause 17.1 and the cause of such breach is at tributable to the Seller,the Buyer has the right to lodge claims against the Seller.
