The antimony doped tin oxide nanoparticles were synthesized at 240℃for 17 h by the complexing hydrothermal oxidation method using stannate, antimony white and sulphuric acid as the starting materials, sodium hydrotartrate as the complexing agent and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant.
