The results show that all the hmgr genes from pigs, cattle and chickens are astable enzyme proteins with the same gene sequence characteristics and encoding protein and physical and chemical properties; all the amino acid sequences have a high degree of homology, containing two conservative HMG-CoA binding motifs and two NADPH binding motifs; all the amino acid sequences, containing signal peptide, are secreted proteins; they are all hydrophobic transmembrane proteins with five transmembrane domains; random coil and α-helix are the main structural elements in the HMGR polypeptide chain; all the predictions of three-dimensional structure are V- shaped; there are more closer evolution relationship between the HMGR gene from pigs and cattle.

结果表明：猪、牛和鸡HMGR基因序列特点及编码蛋白质理化性质基本相同，均属不稳定类酶蛋白；保守结构域氨基酸序列具有高度的同源性，均含有保守的2个β-羟基-β-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A结合基序和2个还原性烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸结合基序；均有信号肽，属分泌型蛋白质；属于跨膜的疏水性蛋白，均有5个跨膜结构域；无规则卷曲和α-螺旋是HMGR多肽链中的主要结构元件；三维结构预测都呈"V"字形；猪和牛HMGR基因的进化关系最近。

The results show that bovine serum albuminrejection ratio and breaking stress of the composite membrane are 86.67％ and 4.70 MPa,which are improved greatly compared to those 3.27％ and 3.35 MPa of the pure PVDF membranes.

结果表明复合膜的性能与纯PVDF膜的相比有显著的改善，其中对牛血清白蛋白的截留率从 3.27%提高到86.67%，单根纤维的断裂应力从3.35MPa提高到4.70MPa ，提高了40.3%。

From TEM bright field image, it can be seen that the surface image of CoPt formed discrete islands, and gradually change to continuous film as the CoPt thickness increase. After annealed at 700℃ for 30 minutes, the single domain state is found by the observation of MFM images at 7.5 nm CoPt. At single domain state, the variation of coercivity with particle size agree with the theory of single domain particles.

由TEM平面明视野影像可以看到，随著CoPt厚度的增加，其表面型态由不连续岛状结构逐渐转变为连续膜，从MFM图可以发现於700℃退火30分钟之CoPt(7.5 nm)为单磁区状态，在此单磁区状态其矫顽磁力随颗粒直径的变化符合单磁区理论。

Results Among the 52 cases, 30 cases were confirmed to fibrosarcomas, which were identical with primary dingnoses;22 cases were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma (8 cases), malignant nerve sheath tumor (4 cases), monophasic spindle cell synovial sarcoma (3 cases), leiomyosarcoma(3 cases), rhabdomyosarcoma(2 cases) and abdominal desmmoid tumor (2 cases). Of the 18 cases, only two cases were misdiagnosed and were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma and spindle cell synovial sarcoma, respectively.

结果：1980年前52例中维持原诊断30例，修改诊断22例(42.3%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤8例、恶性神经鞘膜瘤4例、单相性梭形细胞滑膜肉瘤3例、平滑肌肉瘤3例、横纹肌肉瘤2例、韧带状纤维瘤2例；1980年后纤维肉瘤18例中，维持原诊断16例，修改诊断2例(11.1%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤和滑膜肉瘤各1例。

The activities of nitrosification and anaerobic ammonium oxidation of both activated sludge and biofilm also were studied. Results showed that the nitrosification rate of activated sludge was 2.89 times than biofilm. AOB was the dominate bacteria in activated sludge.
