The studies were conducted in our laboratory during the last decade on the antigen structure, identification methods for the bacterium by biochemical techniques and the characteristics of Bongkrekic acid, including structure, inducing machinism and curing method of the toxin.

椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种是我国学者于1977年在东北酵米面中毒食物中发现的一种新的食物中毒菌，我们曾对其菌体抗原结构，生化鉴定和检测方法以及其产生的毒素-米酵菌酸的结构、产毒机制和消毒、去毒等方面进行了深入的研究。

A strain producing 2-oxoaldehyde reductase was isolated from LB culture medium containing methylglyoxal. By analyzing its physiological and biochemical characters, and 16S rDNA sequence, it was identified as S. maltophilia and named as Stenotrophomonas inaltophilia YL.
