In view of the single invalid data of the optoelectronic deflection meter system in the engineering practice of the bridge structural health monitoring system, which bring the illusive alarm and can not be identified by the traditional methods of signal processing and data analyzing,the paper analyses the characteristics of the single invalid data, and formalizes and describes them.

针对在大型桥梁结构状态监测系统工程实践中，光电挠度测量系统采集的数据中存在的较多单点失真数据无法使用传统的信号处理与数据分析方法过滤的问题，本文在连通管式光电挠度测量系统原理基础上，深入分析了系统中单点失真数据的特点，对单点失真数据进行形式化描述和说明，从而提出了一种基于数据速率变化来过滤单点失真数据的滤波方法。

In this study, differences among tolerant capabilities of three species of nitrogen-fixation cyanobacteria (Anabaena azollae, Anabaena flos-aquae, Anabaena azotic) to two new sulfonylurea (Monosulfuron and Monosulfuron ester) were studied, which could be used to further explain the resistant mechanism to sulfonylurea herbicides and how these herbicides take effect.

Seven new benzimidazole derivatives were prepared by the o-phenylenediamine、oxalic acid、glycolic acid、monomethyl monopotassium malonate、ethyl cyanoacetate、succinic anhydride. The structures of them were confirmed by IR、Elemental analsis. The crystal structures of d and e were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction of Germanic Bruker Smart APEX II CCD. The catalysis of them was tested by carbonylation reactions.
