In the first chapter, using fragments of COI gene, we studied the phylogenetic relationships among species of five familes of Acridoidea with MP and Bayesian methods. The results were as follows:(1) Species of Acrididae, Gomphoceridae and all the Arcypterinae species of Arcypteridae are monophyletic. Species of Oedipodidae are supported as a monophyleticgroup, Ceracrinae species of Arcypteridae cluter together to make a monophyletic group. Epistaurus aberrans and Xenocatantops humilis is a phylogenetic group, Stenocatantops splendens and Hieroglyphus banian is also a phylogenetic group.

我们首先利用COI基因序列片段，使用最大简约法、贝叶斯法研究了斑腿蝗科、剑角蝗科、斑翅蝗科、网翅蝗科和槌角蝗科5个科42种的系统发育关系，得到如下结果：（1）由所有网翅蝗亚科的物种与剑角蝗科绿洲蝗亚科和槌角蝗科的物种组成一个单系群；斑翅蝗科的物种组成一个单系群；网翅蝗科的竹蝗亚科的黄脊雷蓖蝗和青脊竹蝗聚在一起形成单系群；斑腿蝗科的长翅十字蝗和大斑外斑腿蝗亲缘关系较近，形成一个单系群；长角直斑腿蝗和等歧蔗蝗始终聚在一起，形成一个单系群。

The results show that 154 species were found in the area,including 60 species of Polychaeta,30 of Crustacea,28 of Mollusca and 24 of Echinodermata;the dominant species are not very distinct,the relative important or common species are Listriolobus sp.,Xenophthalmus pinnotheroides White and Cossurella dimorpha Hartman.

本次调查共获得长江口附近海域大型底栖动物154种，其中多毛类环节动物60种，甲壳动物30种，软体动物28种，棘皮动物25种，其它类群动物11种。群落中优势种的地位都不明显，只有螠虫(Listriolobus sp。)、豆形短眼蟹(Xenophthalmus pinnotheroides White)、拟单指虫为相对重要的种类。

A set of spelt monosomic lines as female parent were respectively crossed with wheat new variety SM96 and new line SM20005 to determine the chromosomal location of the gene conferring resistance to powdery mildew in both. Seeding of parents, F〓 and F〓 from monosomic F〓 were inoculated with race no. 15 of Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. Analysis of obtained data revealed that one major dominant resistant gene originating from wild Emmer in the variety SM96 and the line SM20005 was located on chromosome 4A.

为确定小麦新品种沈免96和新品系沈免20005含有的抗白粉病基因所在染色体，以一套斯卑尔脱单体系为母本分别与沈免96和沈免20005杂交，将亲本、F〓、单体F〓植株的F〓代群体在苗期用小麦白粉菌15号小种的单孢菌系接种鉴定，单体分析结果表明，沈免96及沈免20005所含源于野生二粒小麦的抗小麦白粉菌15号小种的1个显性主效基因位于4A染色体上。

The RAPD results illustrate that the phylogenetic relationship betweenBothriocephalid tapeworm parasitic in Grass carpCtenopharyngodon idellus(C.et V.and Common carp(Cyprinus carpio L.)from different regions ofChina is infraspecific with noticeable variance bwtween them.Thephylogenetic trees based on the 3 sequences analyses above are constructed,which show the following relationships:Bothriocephalid tapeworms fromGrass carp,Common carp and Luciobrama are found to be monophyletic,and are very close to Bothriocephalus opsariichthydis,but are divergent toanother monophyletic group comprising Bothriocephalid tapeworms fromZacco,Hemiculter and Leuciscus.On the basis of phylogenetic reconstruction,autapomorphic species conceptis used in species delimitation suitablefor determining four species in the present study:B.acheilognathi,B.opsariichthydis,and two other bothriocephalids parasitic respectively inHemiculter and Leuciscus.It is also deduced that the differentiation time ofBothriocephalid tapeworms parasitic in cyprinids is earlier than that of theirhosts,and the most recent specification happened about one million yearsago.Key words Bothriocephalid tapeworm Molecular Systematics

具体成果有：通过RAPD分析探明了我国不同地理分布的草、鲤鱼头槽绦虫的亲缘关系属于种下水平，并存在较高变异；通过基因合并分析重建头槽绦虫的系统发育关系，表明草鱼、鲤鱼及鯮鱼头槽绦虫是单系群，它们与马口鱼头槽绦虫亲缘关系较近，而与〓条、宽鳍鱲及雅罗鱼头槽绦虫构成的另一单系群亲缘关系较远；在此基础上，提出符合头槽绦虫种的界定的独征物种概念，据此确定鲤科鱼类寄生头槽绦虫的四个种：鱊头槽绦虫，马口鱼头槽绦虫，以及另两种分别寄生于〓条和雅罗鱼的头槽绦虫：根据上述研究推断鲤科鱼类寄生头槽绦虫的分化年代早于其宿主，最近的一次物种形成距今约一百万年左右。

So far this method has been successfully applied to HPLC analysis of simple monosaccharides. A baseline separation of five monosaccharides was obtained under optimized isocratic condition. Both UV detector and electrospray ionization-Mass spectrometry were selected to determine the monosaccharide composition in real samples.
