Objective To observed the effect of "Yiqitiaoxue, Fubenpeiyuan" acupuncture method combining nutritional agent on the changes of their behavior and neurohumor of the brain tissue of 6-month-old senescence accelerated mouse (Senile-Prone, SAMP8), which were compared with those of 6-month-old SAMR1 (Senile-Resistant).

目的 观察"益气调血，扶本培元"针法配合营养剂治疗对6月龄快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠(SAMP8)Morris水迷宫学习记忆能力以及脑组织单胺类神经递质、乙酰胆碱、兴奋性氨基酸水平的影响，从中枢神经递质变化的角度揭示针刺治疗痴呆的作用机理。

目的 观察"益气调血，扶本培元"针法配合中药治疗对6月龄快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠(SAMP8)Morris水迷宫学习记忆能力以及脑组织单胺类神经递质、乙酰胆碱、兴奋性氨基酸水平的影响，从中枢神经递质变化的角度揭示针刺治疗痴呆的作用机理。

结果］双管型脊髓纵裂通过手术后观察和6个月～15年(平均2年6个月)的随访发现，临床神经功能评分及 ptncsep术后有明显改变，尤其是疼痛为主诉的患者恢复最为明显，手术的总有效率可达86%；单管型脊髓纵裂手术前后无明显变化。

Result］The total operative effective rate of double-tube diastematomyelia amounted to 86% during a follow-up period of 6 months to 15 years,more significant in patients with pain.The scores of neural function and PTNCSEP were significantly improved. But patients with single-tube diastematomyelia had no obvious change after operation.

结果］双管型脊髓纵裂通过手术后观察和6个月～15年(平均2年6个月)的随访发现，临床神经功能评分及 PTNCSEP术后有明显改变，尤其是疼痛为主诉的患者恢复最为明显，手术的总有效率可达86%；单管型脊髓纵裂手术前后无明显变化。

The authors present fundamental principles of several APF control schemes based on DSP such as space vector modulation, hysteresis current control, monocyclic control, slide mode control, dead beat control, repetitive control, predictive control and ANN based control, and the respective merit and demeritof these control method are pointed out.
