For a class of bilevel multi-objective decision,this paper converts it into the problem of equivalent single-level multi-objective decision,then makes use of the inversion property of the genetic algorithm with the ergodic property of the chaos optimization method.

针对求解一类二层多目标决策问题，首先将其转化为等价的单目标决策问题，然后利用遗传算法优化的反演性和混沌优化方法的遍历性，并结合精确不可微罚函数求解非线性约束优化问题，提出了求解此类问题的混沌遗传算法。

A class of bilevel multi-objective programming was converted into the problem of equivalent single-level multi-objective programming. Then a new chaos genetic optimization algorithm was presented by using the inversion property of genetic algorithm and the ergodic property of chaos optimization method and combining with the exact l_1 penalty function.

针对求解一类二层多目标规划问题，首先将其转化为等价的单目标规划问题，然后利用遗传算法优化的反演性和混沌优化方法的遍历性，并结合精确罚函数求解非线性约束优化问题，提出了求解此类问题的混沌遗传算法。

Some conclusions are obtained:(1) The interval data concept can rationally settle the apart component's dependence problem of monitoring data;(2) The survey point's displacement which is the material parameter's increasing function or deducing function can be used to back-analyse the material parameter's up and down limit; and (3) Both the interval parameter perturbation back analysis method and the interval parameter monotony back analysis method can obtain satisfactory interval parameters.

通过分析得出结论：(1)可利用区间数概念合理解决监测资料中分离分量相关性的问题；(2)可利用工程结构中位移为待反分析材料参数的增函数或减函数的测点位移的上、下限，来反演得到不确定性材料参数的上、下限；(3)工程算例分析表明，区间参数摄动优化反分析法和区间参数单调性优化反分析法都能得到令人满意的参数区间。
