A P48 non-cemented cup from Tianjin Huabei Medical Instrument Factory was used,and the 3D measurement of the cup was carried out by CLY single-arm 3D measurement apparatus,which was made in Testing Technology Institute of China.The measurement data were transferred into computer.Through the CAD SliodWorks2003 software,the 3D model of the cup was automatically reconstructed.

髋臼假体采用天津华北医疗器械厂生产的P48生物型假体，应用中国测试技术研究院测量仪器研究所生产的CLY系列单臂三维测量仪对髋臼假体进行测量，导出坐标数据，利用三维CAD软件SliodWorks2003在计算机上进行自动化建模。

And on the basis of mono-factor test, using COD decreasing rate and decolour rate as targets, six factors affecting catalytic effect were selected to proceed L9(34) orthogonal experiments. The conclusion of primary and secondary factors was drawn and the turn was : kind of catalyst-amount of catalyst-pH value-temperature-amount of H2O2-amount of air . 并在单因素试验的基础上，以废液COD去除率和脱色率为指标，选择废液初始pH值、反应温度、启动剂用量、催化剂类型、鼓空气量、催化剂加入量为因素，进行L_9(3~4)正交试验，确定影响因素因素的主次关系为：催化剂类型→催化剂加入量→废液初始pH值→反应温度→启动剂量→鼓空气量；最佳处理技术条件为：废液初始pH5.5；反应温度90℃；启动剂量1ml／400ml废液；AC3型催化剂；鼓小流量空气；炭石比125g／500g。

In the research, one kind of guzmania species named ostara was employed to be as material, and the full-length cDNA plasmid library of floral organ was constructed successfully by using SMART technology. The library had 3×10^6 original titer and more than 1 kb insert fragments. After 5'EST sequencing from 2004 positive clone chosen at random and clustering analyse, 1 758 high-quality sequences and 1 365 unigenes including 175 contigs and 1 195 singlets were obtained. These unigenes had 1 283 valid ORFs. COG analysis showed that those proteins coded by EST sequences were divided into 22 classes. Through blast analysis, full length or part cDNA of some genes controlling flower color, development of floral organs, florescence regulation and other breeding value genes were obtained.

本研究以擎天凤梨属品种Ostara为材料，采用SMART技术成功构建了擎天凤梨花器官的质粒型全长cDNA文库，初始文库滴度为3×10^6，插入片段平均长度大于1kb；随机挑取2004个阳性克隆进行5'EST测序，获得高质量序列1758条，经拼接获得1365条单基因簇，其中跨叠群175个和单条序列1195个；经ORF寻找共获得有效ORF1283条；经COG分析EST序列编码的蛋白质被分为22类；经Blast分析后，获得一批花色、花器官发育、花期调控以及其它育种价值基因（包括cDNA全长或片段）。
