Key factors influencing urban agglomeration highway transport network system are sought out by using systematic structure model analysis method. Three hierarchies of urban agglomeration highway transport network are abstracted such as metropolitan district, inter city and external highway transport. Four kinds of structure morphology such as network of ringy and radial road surrounding one central city, decentralized network with multiple central cities, zonal and stretchy network, and combined network are studied out.

采用系统结构模型分析法寻找影响城市群公路交通网络系统的关键因素；提炼出城市群公路交通网络市域、城际、对外交通三个层次系统；拟定了单中心环放式、多中心分散式、带状伸长式、组合型四种城市群公路交通网络结构形态。

The results showed that 13S5 and 13S8 tended to grow faster but sporulate less during subculturing. Sporulation was not significantly different in the first 6 generations, but after subculturing over 6 to 7 generations the sporulation declined significantly, by 81.7% and 69.0% respectively, as compared to that of the first generation.

结果表明，野生型出发菌株Bb13的单孢分离株13S5和13S8在继代培养过程中均发生生长速率加快和产孢量下降现象。13S5在前5代，13S8在前6代产孢量有所下降但不显著，至第10代时产孢量比第1代分别下降了81.7%和69.0%。
