An array of permalloy core solenoids is micromachined as microactuators on (100) silicon wafer. Then anisotropic etching of silicon in KOH solution forms the U-grooves beside the microactuators. The micromachining difficulties from the coexistence of 3-D MEMS devices and deep grooves on chip are overcome successfully. Then two fibers and permalloy piece are assembled onto the wafer together with the microstructures finishing the prototype of the new type MEMS VOA. Third, the inductance, resistance and Q value of the microfabricated solenoids are measured in the frequency range of 1-40 MHz.

第二，新开发了使用SU-85的正胶、负胶复合微加工工艺，在（100）硅片上加工了新型可变光衰减器的铁芯MEMS螺线管型电磁微执行器阵列；用KOH水溶液对（100）硅片进行湿法刻蚀，在电磁微执行器旁边微加工了V形槽结构组合，开发了单片集成三维MEMS器件和深槽的微加工关键技术；然后经过微装配制作出了电磁驱动的光纤偏移型MEMS可变光衰减器的样机。

Therefore, the LsHNXs genes were cloned in this study, and their function was studied by RNAi. The main results were shown as follows:1 The conservative sequences of three LsHNXs genes (LsHNX1, LsHNX2, and LsHNX3), and the 3'-terminal specific sequences of LsHNX2 and LsHNX3, were cloned by RT-PCR and 3'-RACE.2 The plant RNAi vectors were constructed and the transformation of Limonium sinense was done. The RNAi lines of three single-genes and one double-gene were obtained and were propogated rapidly for the molecular and the stress tolerance analysis.3 To be compared with wild type, the Na+ and K+ contents secreted by the leaves of LsNHX1 transgenic plants were remarkably higher.

主要实验结果如下：1采用RT-PCR和3'-RACE方法从补血草中克隆获得LsNHXs基因家族三个成员LsNHX1、LsNHX2和LsNHX3的保守区序列以及LsNHX2和LsNHX3的3'端特异序列。2构建植物基因RNAi沉默表达载体并转化补血草，获得三个单基因和一个双基因的RNAi沉默表达植株，快繁转基因植株供分子鉴定和耐逆分析。3LsNHX1转基因植株叶片表面分泌物中的Na+、K+离子含量比野生型对照显著增加；叶组织内Na+离子含量和K+离子含量均略高，但差异不显著；K+/Na+比没有显著差异。4LsNHX2转基因植株叶片表面分泌物中的Na+离子含量比野生型对照有所下降，但差异不显著；K+离子含量比对照显著降低。

This paper using the FEM software Marc, for the 50 and 60 degree V groove of flat plate butt joint simulate the one-layer and three layers welding, finish each welding and cooling it down to room-temperature then start the next welding true represent process and get the temperature field, residual deformation and welding residual stress, according to the theory analysis and empirical equation verified the temperature field and residual deformation all correct, comparison with experiment verified the welding residual stress regularity and correctly.

本文利用有限元软件Marc，对开60°和50°V型坡口的平板对接接头，动态的模拟了单层单道打底焊，焊完一道后让试件冷却到室温以及单层单道满焊，每焊完一道后让试件冷却，然后再焊下一焊道，道间温度≤200℃，在以此为初始边界条件下开始下一道的焊接，真实的再现了焊接过程，得出了温度场，残余变形和残余应力场的分布规律，根据理论分析及经验公式验证了温度场以及残余变形的正确性，角变形的大小，这些结果与数值计算相吻合。通过与实验测得的残余应力进行比较，验证了焊接残余应力的分布规律及模拟的正确性。

In this study, We typed the the gene of β〓-AR from genomic DNA of asthmatic patients and made the further analysis: The distributing condition of genetic polymorphisms at positions 16 and 27 in β〓 AR coding region and at position 19 in 5'Leader Cistron (5'LC) among southwest Chinese asthmatic population; The relationship between the each polymorphisms at the above three positions and the asthmatic phenotypes (FEV〓 or nocturnal asthma); The effect of each polymorphisms at the above three positions on bronchodilator responsiveness induced by β〓- agonists(initial bronchodilator response, pharmaco-dynamic); The relationship between the haplotypes of polymorphisms in the 5'LC or in positions 16, 27 of β〓AR coding block and asthmatic phenotypes or bronchodilator responsiveness induced by β〓-agonists.

实验通过对哮喘人群的β〓-AR基因进行分型，探讨：β〓-AR编码区16、27位点及5'前导肽(5'LeaderCistron，5'LC)19位点遗传多态性在中国西南地区哮喘人群中的分布情况；三个位点多态性与哮喘临床表现型的关系；三个位点多态性对β〓受体激动剂反应性(支气管舒张反应，舒张反应动力学)的影响；16、27位点及5'前导肽19位点遗传多态性单倍型与哮喘临床表现型及β〓受体激动剂反应性的关系。
