In the first chapter, using fragments of COI gene, we studied the phylogenetic relationships among species of five familes of Acridoidea with MP and Bayesian methods. The results were as follows:(1) Species of Acrididae, Gomphoceridae and all the Arcypterinae species of Arcypteridae are monophyletic. Species of Oedipodidae are supported as a monophyleticgroup, Ceracrinae species of Arcypteridae cluter together to make a monophyletic group. Epistaurus aberrans and Xenocatantops humilis is a phylogenetic group, Stenocatantops splendens and Hieroglyphus banian is also a phylogenetic group.

我们首先利用COI基因序列片段，使用最大简约法、贝叶斯法研究了斑腿蝗科、剑角蝗科、斑翅蝗科、网翅蝗科和槌角蝗科5个科42种的系统发育关系，得到如下结果：（1）由所有网翅蝗亚科的物种与剑角蝗科绿洲蝗亚科和槌角蝗科的物种组成一个单系群；斑翅蝗科的物种组成一个单系群；网翅蝗科的竹蝗亚科的黄脊雷蓖蝗和青脊竹蝗聚在一起形成单系群；斑腿蝗科的长翅十字蝗和大斑外斑腿蝗亲缘关系较近，形成一个单系群；长角直斑腿蝗和等歧蔗蝗始终聚在一起，形成一个单系群。

The number of compound leaves, the number of leaflets and the total leaf area of bearing branches had highly significant positive monomial correlation with panicle width and volume.

结果母枝复叶数、小叶数、总叶面积与花穗宽度、花穗体积为显著或极显著正单相关，小叶数与穗坐果数为显著的正单相关，复叶数与单果重为显著的负相关。

The prior cycles with higher axial stress and larger strain range greatly restrains ratchetting strain of subsequent cycling with lower ones. Creep behavior plays an important role in the ratchetting strain and its influence on ratchetting behavior can not be neglected. Fracture morphology characteristics of two kinds of materials were investigated by scanning electron microscope. It shows that failure of material A is induced by cavitation and that of material B is induced by decohesion. For material A, with the decreasing strain amplitude the fracture surface shows more larger diameter globular particles under uniaxial loading and can be seen more obvious and deep crack under multiaxial loading. However for material B, with the decreasing strain amplitude fracture surface shows larger and larger scalelike shape and becomes more smooth under uniaxial loading, but fracture surface under multiaxial loading looks like more smooth than that of uniaxial loading, and shows gradually wave-like morphology.

通过扫描电子显微镜研究表明：材料A为空穴引起的失效，材料B为剥离导致疲劳破坏；随着载荷幅值的减小，材料A在单轴载荷下，断口表面浮出更多更大直径的球状颗粒，而多轴载荷下，可以看到很深的裂纹；随着载荷幅值的减小，材料B在单轴载荷下，断口表面鱼鳞片越来越大，表面越来越平整，而多轴载荷与单轴载荷相比，断口表面看上去更加平整，并且随着载荷幅值的减小，断口逐渐呈现波浪形貌；通过微观的傅立叶变换红外光谱分析，结果表明随着应变幅值的增加，无论载荷是单轴还是多轴状态下，橡胶材料吸光度比值随着幅值的增加而增加，这说明体系中的结晶含量也随之增加。

The results showed that with the normal dosage 60g/hm2, inhibiting rate of the plant height and weight of Taiyu 2, Jinzhenzhu, Taiyu 15, Zinuo and other three breeds are beyond 40% and 30%, and it is obvious that plant growing is inhibited, the leaves etiolate and new leaves twist severely and couldn't grow normally. Inhibiting rate of the plant height of Ziyu 2, Taiyu 2, Liaoyu 18, Ludan 50, Zhengdan 958 and some other varieties are between 30.6% and 38.1%, the sensitivity of these varieties are lower and the plant modalities are not influenced bigger; in addition, Nongda 108, Nongda 2008, Xinyu 958 and Taiyu 12 grow healthy, the resistance to nicosulfuron are higher compared with other varieties.

温室盆栽测定结果表明，在烟嘧磺隆大田常规用量60g ai/hm2下，各品种对药剂的敏感性差异显著，泰玉2号、金珍珠、泰玉15号、紫糯等7个品种对烟嘧磺隆表现较为敏感，株高抑制率均在40.4%以上，鲜重抑制率在31.37%以上，表现为植株生长受到抑制，叶片黄化，新叶牛尾状扭曲不能正常抽出；淄玉2号、泰玉2号、聊玉18、鲁单50、鲁原单14、郑单958等品种的株高抑制率在30.6%～38.1%，敏感性略低；而农大2008、农大108、鑫玉958和泰玉12号生长正常，耐药性相对较高，无明显药害症状。
